Honestly think Nick broke him. He started sperging hard after being on the show. He "tries" to mimic Nicks claims by seeing TI/Defamation everywhere even though its not. Made himself a journalist since that was what Nick called himself but yet claims verifying information is bad somehow. Also doesn't help that he takes any little thing he can get and proudly claim it as some certified source of information, especially when it comes to law matters. I just think he was so confident that he would be able to show up Nick on the show and failed horribly, now he has been trying for months (probably years) to get one in on Nick and failing at every turn.
 
Shane is the elderly man witness from 12 Angry Men. Knows nothing about the situation, not involved in it, but he has to force himself in there because he has nothing going on in his life. He fancies himself a journalist, but journalists do more than just retweet articles other people have written

As already mentioned, no, but it gets even better than that.
The PULL post got edited sometime after the whole Vic shitstorm started, it contains new info. So if it's going to be part of the defense, the court will need to know who edited it - after all, it could have been written by MoRonica. That means PULL has to provide IPs, accounts, and it needs to be tracked to people who can testify about what they wrote (or maybe it'll just get thrown out).

I'm going to take a wild guess that whoever it is, they're going to back off and say it was just a prank bro or something. Followed by Shane tweeting how it's evidence of witness intimidation.

In fact, he was one of those people questioning whether Nick was a lawyer - I remember because I posted his registration with the court as a response to Shane posting a screenshot from somewhere ("no records found" or something), stating that it took a only a few minutes to find Nick's info. And then he started moving the goalposts again.

He's getting there. He or someone searched Avvo for a post someone made in 2016 saying that Nick was stalking them and was doxxing him and threatening to call the police. No ethics violations still. Either they didn't file one because they didn't want to put their name to the actual allegation, or they did file one and it got thrown out like all the others. Point is, Shane is desparate to try to undermine Nick on absolutely anything

Nowhere in the complaint does it say the investigation conducted by Tammi Denbow is a "fake investigation." If anything, if the contents are anything similar to what has been described, the investigation showed Vic to be completely innocent.

What is fake is the lies of Monica Liar and Ron Soye about imaginary criminal charges and other such nonsense that wasn't in the investigation.
