No Shane, what you are hearing is that when Nick put up a depository for relaying tips TOO Vic's lawyers he got an impressive response from WITHIN Funimation and Sony. And other assorted people that hate you clowns. The only thing Nick is getting FROM Ty Beard is things like a rough estimate of WHEN and WHERE they are filing. Which is not privileged info. It's merely disclosing calendar plans that will be immediately public in the morning.
 
Never before have I wanted a self-m.ilking cow to shut up so badly. He isn't even entertaining anymore and it's baffling that anyone is still trying to speak to him like he's actually able to understand the issues at hand. He really is the most worthless and morally repugnant yet completely irrelevant person in this mess and every minute that Kickvic-ers spend online without denouncing him and actively distancing themselves from him is... interesting.

We knew it would almost certainly be delayed until Thursday/Friday. We knew they had a new discovery drop betweebn monday and tuesday.. We know because we can see and understand what is going on. You still seem like a clueless manchild hoping that nothing is heading towards you (don't worry you are irrelevant.) So go ahead and try and get some sleep. Eat a bedtime sandal then curl up under your weighted blanket. And prepare for the morning.
