Well technically it was breached anyways and proven by Monica so it doesn't matter now.
I would also like to know why it went from independent (legally required for this one) to internal too.

He's so desperate to get one thing right against Nick, god damn, this guy is such pathetic goblin. He can't stand the fact that Nick completely and utterly humiliated him live in front an audience of thousands.

I wonder at times if Shane is being paid to "campaign" against Vic and Nick. He seems especially shitty that Vic chose to spend money on a lawyer rather than a PR person and he continually posts as though he's speaking on behalf of Monica/Ron. I hope that's one relationship which gets scrutinised in depth.
