Considering his tendencies, I'm of the opinion Shane does need his 15 minutes, if only so his father in law can finally move to seperate his daughter from his nasty, soy milk encrusted claws while he's distracted by how absolutely euphoric he is over it. By the time he realizes it, he'd be lynched by the people he's been e-begging asspats from. I'll have to wait until they finally cannibalise him later.

Shane sorta has 2 father-in-laws. The biological father of his child bride who it seems was the one who approved of their unholy union (who was/is also involved with A-kon) and his child bride's step father who and I'm paraphrasing Shane here "probably doesn't like me all that much".

I will concede to his deposition only if effort is made to highlight his child grooming and rescue his wife and child. I feel like a debilitating lawsuit couldn't make his squalor any worse, but might just have an adverse effect on said wife and child, and just grilling him for (useless) information would probably only excite him and make him feel as if his life finally has meaning. The most hostile deposition might still be mistaken for the forming of a new friendship-rivalry in Shane's shoe-addled mind.

This motherfucker is trying to lay the groundwork to look like he was right regardless of who comes out.

I wonder if he’ll pull the Toye defense and suddenly not recall the dozens of tweets per day he made supporting the defense.

This guy is so desperate to save face and not cede an inch to Nick that he’s going to harp on every perceived lie or misstep he can even when Nick turns out to be right about the main point of the fucking case.

Exactly. Those saying it's "for the wymmin's safety" are disingenuous. Women have never been in danger during this entire debacle, and their feelings on the matter are irrelevant to the actual danger level. Discomfort is not injury. Speech is not violence. Criticism is not harassment.

Oh dear, what is Shane going to do, now that a much funnier Lolcow, who has a creepy ass voice but doesn't wheeze between each word, and much better Photoshop skills has come onto the scene? Will he be forgotten as something actually entertaining and not just sad and absolutely pathetic has come up to take Nick's attention?
