Any edge lord on Tumblr worshipping Nickolas Cruz (that ugly fucker) needs to have their accounts deleted or reported or some shit. Parents need to pay attention to the shit their exceptional kids are doing. It's not hard to get off of your ass for once.
 
It's always the handsome ones, isn't it, or the ones that look sort of like sad puppies.

It's fine to be fascinated by the depravity of people, but there's a limit before you're just insulting the victims and their families.

I remember awhile back there was a post someone made defending people who liked this sort of shit. They said something to the effect of "What's the big deal? It's not like serial killers are as big of a thing nowadays" and oh boy she got so much shit for it that she deleted her account soon afterwards. And some other user made a separate post and had the audacity to say "I hope you're happy. You bullied this person off of Tumblr." GOOD. One less exceptional person on that hellsite. I consider that a +1 all around.

Where's the love for Daniel Carmago Barbossa or Pedro Lopez or the Rostov Ripper?

These kids are invariably more attracted to the "traumatized/abused little white boy school shooter" archetype than anything else, so those three wouldn't hit most of these girls' radars. They have to be white and (save men like Manson et al.) for the most part around their age for them to even bother with it.

I bet it's the same reason a concerning amount of "daddies" in the daddy dom/little community are tryhard white kids lmao

Since I don't really follow the girls, I don't know what parts they idolize, but wasn't he like 24/25 or something when he did (or started doing) all his heinous shit? It's a wild assumption but that'd make sense.

edit: Of course, it's not like fanaticism surrounding criminals is new. They probably fawn over these people for the same reasons other women do, like thinking they can change the hurt men uwu, or wanting to help the "hurt little boy" inside the serial killer, or whatever. You know, regular delusional stuff they should probably get therapy for.
Then there's the whole idea that they're perceived as dominant men, and these women have a thing for being dominated. Regular wife-beating dudes just aren't hardcore enough, I guess.

Stuff like this isn't just laughable, it can actually be harmful to the families of some victims. Imagine if your daughter was a victim of say, Ted Bundy. You would of course be devastated, but to think that someone believes that he was 'really a nice guy' and expresses love and admiration for him? So many of these edgelords don't stop to think that these people aren't Creepypasta Characters who they can just write into any situation. This is real life, and their actions resulted in the deaths of real people. They desperately need to stop fetishising a violent and murderous group of people, lest they end up the same way.

The underrated movie The Paperboy touches on this. It's the exact opposite of a feel-good film or morality tale, just a series of fucked up events getting worse and worse until the finale, driven in part by one of the characters being sexually fixated on shitty violent men, and the other characters' inability to leave her to her own shitty fate.

oh thats marizale on tumblr. I don't think she's currently dating a serial killer but I know she's definitely a hybristophiliac or an edgelord. surprisingly she's not the craziest hybristophiliac on tumblr.

Edited to add: Many of the tcc hybristophiliacs look down on marizale considering she posts her private conversations publicly from time to time and the inmates don't often realize this. It's not uncommon for tcc hybrisophiliacs to post "proof" such as a letter back from someone but just the envelope or maybe the first line or a screenshot of their jpay inbox, but never the actual "messages". It's considered kind of disrespectful
