Maybe I'm retarded, but I don't understand their argument.
1. "I don't remember these events having occurred."
2. "If these events had occurred, I would have remembered them."
If 1 and 2 are taken as true how can the reasonable conclusion be anything other than "I did not witness this event?"
And if another statement is "He witnessed this event," how can both sets be true?
Am I retarded? Because maybe I'm just not seeing the logic here.

they're desperate for any way to try and disprove Stan's testimony. He's said before that if it had happened, it'd have been grounds for him to ban Vic/have him removed from the con, but that he doesn't recall it happening the way Monica claims it did and that because there was no direct fallout for Vic, that it most likely didn't happen.
their big brained argument is 'if you don't remember then how can you claim it didn't happen?' which imo is akin to someone being asked if they had witnessed a murder. I dunno seems to me that if you walk in on a scene of either Vic forcing himself on Monica or them sitting apart and Monica sobbing quietly like the meek little victim she claims to be, that sorta thing wouldn't just stick, but you'd be asking a few pointed questions like 'what's going on?' and 'why doesn't this room have a balcony if Monica is supposed to be standing on it after dinner?'
