I'm hoping people understand the definition of accusation, and the fact though your subpar affidavits are legal, they are not legit, especially after seeing these people make a mockery of the legal system for a couple of months.

They're scared. They know the implications of the named patient zero running her mouth with blatantly faulty information from someone who had no idea what they were talking about from start to finish, and they know the implications of Ron relying on a forum thread including such stellar testimony that he explicitly included in his TCPA.
They try to play off things that actually make them look bad, like Marchi's "support" Discord, and misrepresent Vic's admission of his non-actionable misdeeds (cheating on his fiancée, propositioning twins for a threesome) with alleged actionable misdeeds that he's blatantly denied (every sexual assault/almost sexual assault allegation, every groping), while hanging on that.
They know that the failure, from the start, to vet one of the first accusations to come to public light-- never mind the shoddiness of some of the other allegations-- damages the credibility of all the allegations, and damages the credibility of the defendants who can now be said to have reckless disregard for truth by publishing into evidence a reference to a TBI patient's account about how Vic married a 16-year old in Nevada while being engaged to Specht and assaulted her one summer break at an AZ convention while he went to a convention there at the end of January.

I'm seeing the hilarious irony when the person is telling him to get a job even though he has more than one job. It is laughable. What's not laughable is California/Commiefornia has the sales, income and property taxes. That's all I have to say.
It actually does explain how come we have those type of people that are idiots.
I even found out that this person is subscribed to one of Perfection's most recent YouTube channels.
