I could be wrong on this, but wouldn't Toye/Rial/Marchi/Funi all have these TDMA letters anyway? Like, they had to send them as part of the process of the suit, right? So there's really absolutely no benefit to lying about this for Vic, Ty & Co.? And, of course, all of this is ignoring that he's asking a 3rd party not involved in the actual suit to provide him with proof of materials used in the suit, which is a whole other thing.

Nobody knows. There are so many actual lawyers in Lawl Twitter who constantly say absolutely stupid, wrong shit that the fact that he also says absolutely stupid, wrong shit doesn't necessarily mean he is not an actual lawyer.

As someone who took and passed the bar and deals with other lawyers who took and passed the bar, I sincerely doubt that the bar exam tests minimum competency. Most lawyers are fucking retarded and/or drunk or high.
