Wikispooks is a great resource. I always got it first before Wikipedia for any remotely controversial figure or topic. It's got a lot of great archives references in articles to places on the web that rarely turn up in search engines. The people who contribute to it always try to paint the official narrative first and then all the inconsistency. Really interesting stuff, and they offer a full backup, which I try to download once a year in case the site ever disappears.
