As mentioned, regardless of who paid for the server, you ran the server of the IP previously published in this thread after you claimed to leave and were listed as the registrant of the site this year. If you continue to perform illegal actions like doxxing my family (They weren't too happy to find out about that) I will try to press charges via Huntsville PD. If you continue with defamatory actions in a way that causes damages in the future, like calling me a pedo I will sue.

This includes through your cronies.

That is all.

I have already filed local police reports on separate but probably somewhat related matters.

That kiwi delivery guy and his alts wasn't me so if you feel he did you wrong in some way, take it up with him, he's already stated he is not me.

Friendly reminder that doxing is legal in US. If the you meant in Canada, it’s legal there too (as long as the information was not the result of hacking)

The Alabama code for doxing of a private individual needs two seperate things to be fulfiled.
1. Posting of dox with criminal intent (“with the intent that others will use that information to harass or harm that other individual”)
2. That has to be done while you are currently being harassed

Neither of the two are a done factor here, and without either, posting of dox is legal. Notibly no caselaw exists on the doxing statute, nor has anyone ever been arrested and or convicted for doxing in Alabama

I appreciate your concern as well as your acknowledgement now that there are laws about doxxing in Alabama. But the accusation was directed toward Lamarcus not the forum. Someone who claimed to be associated with him was harassing me by posting the address that he posted, after he posted it, in a threatening and harassing way. They were also engaged in other activity I am not specifying that is patently illegal and way beyond doxxing. I have already made a police report about that. If all of that stuff continues I will try to pursue charges against Lamarcus and the other individual or individuals.

I had absolutely no communication with the BBC journalists or the Daily Mail journalists before they showed up at his home and at the bank. If he has an issue with what they did he can take it up with them.

So what's the timeline from the days of ASH, to the creation of SS? ASH in the 2000's was the usenet version of SS, which like SS was in the news a lot. Flavour of the day was inert gas and a bag over the head

i'd ask the guys on irc.dal.net on #alt.suicide.holiday or something. They seemed to be able to claim a lineage from what I gather and they are pretty friendly too. Afaik it got smaller and smaller. SS might have some sort of branch-off lineage that some older users here might know about.

I'm not reading all that shit but like somebody pointed out four or five slapfights ago, painful and protracted carries the advantage of allowing one to back out/reconsider/seek help. I don't know too much about sodium nitrite but personally I'd consider a method that forces one to contend with the gravity of their decision and allows ample time to back out without any permanent consequences to be ideal.

I've done nothing wrong but keep wishing that I get arrested. It's only been 3-4 years now and other members of the group I'm working with have been sharing my address and sending me death threats, so good luck with your local police reports. I'm sure this will probably be the first- and last-time hearing about it.

Posting an address in itself isn't illegal.
