He is hosting pictures with visible copyright to bait people into copying them, and then he will send DMCA to Null for the garbage pictures with a visible copyright in it.
I don't believe so. Section 230 protects Null, from what I've read. I think you are protected by the fair use doctrine, and possibly also because that graphic is a screenshot of Roy's original video and thus a derivative work.
But I'm not a lawyer, and I'll defer to those who are.

Roy really thinks he can go up against Vanguard with one lawyer? Does he know how big Vanguard is? Surely he knows that their Philly operation is not all he's up against...right?

I think the numbers will be $0-$200 (optimistic at the high end) and the chance of success is still 0%. Vanguard alleges that Roy violated his terms of employment with his tee-hee-not-soliciting-funds-wink-wink nonsense. Roy, if Vanguard is smart and cares enough to got o town on you, they will recover the versions of your A/X Growth site which did solicit investors, and that will be the end of that.
Roy, I'm not going to tell you how to erase traces of your outside business activity, nor how to make more common cause with the enemies of your enemies (you won't be able to manage that anyway), nor how to look less like the kook that you are.
