He is hosting pictures with visible copyright to bait people into copying them, and then he will send DMCA to Null for the garbage pictures with a visible copyright in it.
I don't believe so. Section 230 protects Null, from what I've read. I think you are protected by the fair use doctrine, and possibly also because that graphic is a screenshot of Roy's original video and thus a derivative work.
But I'm not a lawyer, and I'll defer to those who are.

Vanguard has every right to dismiss an employee for poor proformance, something that's archived here Roy himself said he was a poor earner. Roy also chose to try to snipe clients as well as skipped his OBA paperwork. A FINRA violation. That's two legitimate reasons protected by FINRA and Vanguard for firing. They chose to fire not lay off due to your conduct unbecoming of a gentleman. You put them at risk for your own selfish gains.
Finra was sent this information per law, Vanguard didn't "rat" they have duty to inform (something you did but clearly refused to. I use the word refuse because passing both an SIE and a 7 you tested and knew about this, your certificates prove neglect is not applicable.)
FINRA saw you were both fired and your bond removed per separation of the company. They actted accordingly and per their own regulations.
Now about arbitration, Vanguard doesn't have anything to do with it. None, period. You chose to break the rules and were fired for it justly and legally. Edit: you don't have lawyers in arbitration. The window has been shut for a year now.
