Roy, you absolute unit you!!

Oh goodness, talk about hubris. Roy managed to not only get shit canned for his scam (he's lucky FINRA isn't moving more on it) he still plays the victim.

Roys failure to disclose is a termination level offense in any corp. Being OBA and selling away no same place would touch him.

Now, devils advocate and respect when due, from his report apparently he did manage a series 7 and 63. Frankly I'm shocked. Because Roy has a history of not being terribly bright (despite being a level two diamond super genius) and more so in Roy's world things work how he likes or it's wrong. So memorizing all the laws and rules that come with securities, I will give props when due.

But again Roy has another golden opening handed to him and he blows it. The same guy who acts like a one legged orphan who can't get some change while he hasn't paid personal debts school debts has a history of government watch lists, a certified lolcow, lives off family etc.

I think it's pretty safe to say Roy got a lucky break and his refusal to be honest, work hard or accept consequences pretty much gave him another black mark on his growing lost of why I wouldn't trust this guy flipping burgers.

Being you need a bond the company sponsors in your trust, it'll be really hard to find someone who wants to hire Roy because he was trying to sell away to his firm that wasn't a legal entity.

Also id like to point out, percentage or fee only are fine for management services. We have seen 1% or 0.5% min 1k. Do the math how little Roy is willing to work for. It's comically small amounts.

A part of me has suspect, Roy by his own admission was bad at this job. He can't be easy to get along with and wasn't making himself or corp money. He probably babbled about this dumb side gig dream. Be it real or not they figured this can be the cause to dump the chuckle fuck (chuckle fuck being a FINRA term totally used in legal documents) when they saw that it's just his stupid blog with no paper work it didn't need to be pushed up to FINRA SEC or SOC. But the company can err on side of caution and terminate Roy.

Had Roy got ball rolling he'd be in deeper. I mentioned earlier he was really in risk with this. But, the Indian Icarus chose to fly on.

I pity his family more as maybe they thought that sad weird guy might leave the basement... They are slapped with the reality it'll never become a movie room with a wet bar. Roy will always be there being sad and weird.

Lastly while I haven't taken many shots at Roy (he unloaded the full mag into his foot himself) for a big baller broker, not even I have a 7, why are you 23k+ in personal debts still and owe student loans? Did you pay any rent to your family who is kind enough to provide you with years of a roof?

We all saw it coming, but really I can say anyone invested in vanguard can sleep better knowing he's no where near your funds anymore. Roy may be a slow burn cow but God damn it's not only funny there a bit of that long German word I can't spell despite speaking Kraut, when you laugh at others misfortune. Roy's a spoiled brat and got a news paper to the nose.

Given it was Vanguard he probably only got the job because he's a fat Pajeet and they needed to keep up their race quotas for their ESG/DEI score. That they'd actually fire a diversity hire speaks volumes about how disliked and incompetent Roy must have been.

So Roy says when he's a big CEO anyone claiming to be a genius, is getting an interview. All corps should do this. As if we didn't need more proof how inept he is. Interviews take time and cost money. While HR mostly spends its day bothering us workers over minute stuff, they have stuff to do. (I jest HR has its uses but what fun is it to torment the other branches?)

How can you have random people with what amounts to a code word for an in? People struggling to get sit downs, qualified people and Roy wants to lie about his IQ and suggest others can/should to cheat pass education, experience, credentials etc.

Every chuckle fuck would find out and then were back to square one of having HR need to sort stuff. It's definitely Roy projecting his wants sold as some kind of universal fix. Roy does this a lot figure something that helps him and sell it with an altruistic spin.

LMFAO college doesn't work. While legally you do not need a degree to take an SIE or any series exam. Good luck getting in to a place that will sponsor you. (Interesting enough there's a cool case study about felons from if memory serves Texas drug courts being great at high risk stuff since they used to slang 4k of coke not pay taxes be armed illegally and get away with it for years. They grasped risk assessment)

But yeah had Roy not had his 2 decades of undergrad vanguard wouldn't have given him the golden goose that he had and blew (not just blew but disrespectfully with a plan of theft).

Lastly college failed him. Look how far his blog goes back. He swears over a decade ago, college isn't a promise to wealth or success. Why didn't he take his own advice ? After 10 years trying to get a 4 year degree, maybe college isn't for YOU Roy.

Again this goes to his ego, he has a degree so he wants a promised big boy career job. Because he doesn't have that we "need" to reform colleges under guise of being a swell guy.

Wow Roy is actually tweaking out on video for the whole world to see. I was thinking at first maybe he figured how to mix the daytime and nighttime medication, but now I highly suspect that he's on something a lot stronger and not so legal.

This series of videos contrasts greatly with the rest of his videos that I've seen where he is normally very low energy. It is amusing to see that Roy seems to need hard drugs in order to to bring himself up to normal. This brings new meaning to his claim of being "highly normal". Emphasis on "high".
