I hate seeing those photos.
You’d think at some point the neighbors would complain about the crackheads using the house, and rodents and roaches infesting their houses from ground zero there. But it’s hard to gauge the neighborhood vibe being backed up to a sewage runoff and everyone parking their shit boxes in their front and back yards according to google earth. They might just be grateful Ronnie’s gone and not firing off 22’s and yelling at them about gangstalking.
A real cowtipper journalist worth his salt would have canvassed the neighborhood and gotten their oral histories of Ralph’s Ronnie.

But in the video I didn't see a washer anywhere and the dude went through the whole house. Where was the washing machine in the video?

Looks like Ronnie started shitting in the washing machine after the bathroom was compromised when he shot that CIA assassin that vanished into thin air and left no body because his nanosuit vaporized him.
 
I am guessing all the brand new box fans where someones attempt to air the smell of Ronnie out. Then later the places was tossed by squatters and junkies. Also looks like its on a slab.
The house is a teardown. It would be cheaper and better to tear down the house and drop a pre-fab on the slab then it would be to try and clean and re-hab that mess.

Not being funny but seeing these images, I wouldn’t even want to build on that plot if it was offered for free.

Imagine the neighborhood it must be in. Imagine where this kind of shit with bullet holes in the bathroom doors could go on and people would just let it slide.

That should give you an idea what the property values are in that subhuman vermin area.

I mean we’ve seen the photos of the immediate area, raw sewage canal backyard and all. What I mean is even if it was on prime real estate, this shit is so dark and cursed — like a Gacy or West house of horrors — that I’d give it a hard pass. Even if the stench would outlast any teardown and rebuild, it’s still too grim.

This chair facing the corner was called “Ethan’s Corner”. Ronnie never moved the chair. You can see where Ethan would scratch at the wall.

A Tornado has a short lifespan.
It's born and then it twirls and twirls like a madman, until it burns out. Short, but glorious.

If it went anywhere near Ronnie's crackshack, it would have stirred up ancient diseases and plagues not seen for millennia. It's not suicidal.

It also would likely spread particles of Ronnie himself that had long since seaped into the furniture and foundation after he melted. We all dodged a bullet by Ronnie not fusing with a tornado and becoming a vengeful wind demon. He'd have torn through Home Depot and set off towards Mexico with his whirlwind of hammers.
 
For the record and to correct the awful injustice and defamation against local junkies, needles in the house belonged to Ralph's daddy
