Ronnie died at 64 years young too - if Ethan is anything like his daddy then he's not set to live for too much longer.
My guess is that Ethan is going to be very lucky making it out of his 50s unless he completely changes his lifestyle. Something I have no confidence of him ever being able to do.

There is no way that he's making it out of this decade alive. By the time the 20's are over he will be dead. The damage he has already done to his body is beyond belief. He then continues to drown himself in more alcohol, pills and stress.

Found an article talking about RR passing on 4/2/19. At least I’m assuming this is Ethan Ralph’s daddy. I thought the Miami show started shortly after the PPV where Warski showed up to fight Tonka Saw but the latter no showed, though I guess what could’ve killed RR was preceded by some medical incident, though you’d think Ralph would’ve said something about it.

Its simpler than that. Alcoholism can lead to psychosis. It can portray similar to schizophrenia. I had a friend with a nightmare vodka / gin habit. I went over to his apartment one day and he wanted to show me all the places in the walls where the invisible microphones and cameras were. He also told me if I wore a hat of his I could hear the same voices that talk to him.
We got him into rehab. No more voices. Ronnie was just a true alcoholic degenerate most likely.

It's funny to think if Ralph's dad would have taken him fishing, or to the racetrack, out shooting, or basically any manly thing even just a couple of times that we wouldn't be here today.
It's extremely funny to me to think about how Ralph can't even tie a fisherman's knot.
