His deposition was a look into the mind of a deeply disturbed man.
But they would look at RCM and say he deserved what Waid did and worse because Ya Boi's politics are to the right of Stalin. In all honestly I dont think even a leftest jury would look at Meyers kids and look at how hes supporting thier foray into thier own religions and cultures and say hes a racist.
It's available now if anybody cares. It's essentially the same as Waid's arguments in prior motions i.e. Waid is a dumbarse and dindu nuffin.
Waid's lawyers have pretty much given up haven't they? It's available now if anybody cares. It's essentially the same as Waid's arguments in prior motions i.e. Waid is a dumbarse and dindu nuffin.

Reply to Response to Motion – #46 in Meyer v. Waid (W.D. Tex., 1:18-cv-00800) – CourtListener.com
REPLY to Response to Motion, filed by Mark Waid, re 43 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction filed by Defendant Mark Waid (Pierce, Ryan) (Entered: 08/28/2019)www.courtlistener.com
So can anyone break down that this latest motion means for legally r-tarded people like me?
Is this Waid refiling a "dismiss this case because Zack is a Nazi!" motion for the 42nd time, or what?
Remember this isn't any fun for Mark Waid either and Meyer has a bigger GoFundMe. In fact, court proceedings are so generally fucking unpleasant for everyone involved that eventually someone cries uncle in the vast majority of cases.
This is the Court of Chancery, which has its decaying houses and its blighted lands in every shire, which has its worn-out lunatic in every madhouse and its dead in every churchyard, which has its ruined suitor with his slipshod heels and threadbare dress borrowing and begging through the round of every man's acquaintance, which gives to monied might the means abundantly of wearying out the right, which so exhausts finances, patience, courage, hope, so overthrows the brain and breaks the heart, that there is not an honourable man among its practitioners who would not give--who does not often give--the warning, "Suffer any wrong that can be done you rather than come here!" Charles Dickens, Bleak House
The difference is Waid is a delusional manbaby who while crying that he probably can't buy more shitty toys or comics, is probably dancing in glee and being forced off any online source so he can't brag about how Meyer has similar issues and how he'll legit win and he'll go homeless. I bet his desire to hurt due to being a cowardly psychopath overwhelms the hurt of court fees and processes.Remember this isn't any fun for Mark Waid either and Meyer has a bigger GoFundMe. I should note that Waid most likely not suffering; from the under the table donations to his legal fund which he's most definitely getting from his various comic pros and Grant Morrison getting him a cushy do-nothing job with a fat salary at the company Morrison is now working as an EiC at. And Marvel just gave him two new minis to work on that are geared towards the TPB market (Invisible Woman mini and History of the Marvel Universe; the later of which will most likely be given evergreen status meaning Waid will make money off of it for ages)

Could it not be both? I can also imagine him having a break down when things don't go his way. But until then, I agree with @Adamska when he says he's likely dancing with glee about this.Seriously, this is a dude who screams and literally sobs tears over absolutely nothing while smashing his phone. There is no way he isn't completely in a rage about this.
