The Defamation lawsuit got the green light to continue.

I don't think this is actually true. The TI part of the case got the green light, while the defamation ruled in Waid's favour for jurisdiction. Meyer has petitioned the court to amend his complaint and filed the amended complaint specifying the Houston convention defamation. Waid has filed an objection to the TI jurisdiction.

The latest filings i asked about was adressed by Rackets at the end of his last stream. Both parties have agreed to an extension (due to July 4th) to respond to the other parties objections regarding jurisdiction. The next filings should be done by the 12th.

Well the reason I ask is there are filings from two attorneys and I was not sure if one of them were Meyer's council, and by extension if any of them showed some actual movement in the case.
 
It LOOKS like Meyer is being represented by Roberts and Dale, while Pierce and Ryan represent Mark Waid.

Other than that, 33 seems to be some kind of pretrial order overruling an objection from Team Waid.

Beyond that, no idea.

Honestly the fact I'm pretty much in the dark on the Weeb War shit beyond it just being GG 3.0, and the fact he splits his livestreams into multiple topics made me lose interest in his channel. I like my background noise to be mainly about the one item and don't like needing to find timestamps for shit I wanna know about.

I'd love to see more on Manchild Waid, but maybe don't splice it like an hour in and I have to sift through comments or through the video to find the parts I actually want to listen to.
