Lots of places record every single incoming call. Because there are these lolsuit things that happen. It can be really helpful to have a recording when some other guy starts lying.

While many businesses do record calls on public or CS lines, Medical Practices absolutely do not. Mainly because it tends to raise HiPPa concerns. Not saying that Joe Dunn didn’t think to hit record before returning Waid’s call, I just don’t think it would have what we are hoping for. Nor does it make any sense that AP would play, let alone give such a recording to Meyer.

Not saying that Joe Dunn didn’t think to hit record before returning Waid’s call, I just don’t think it would have what we are hoping for. Nor does it make any sense that AP would play, let alone give such a recording to Meyer.

I think the calls at the business were either messages left or not actually Waid (just other SJW minions). I think the conversation between Waid and AP (Joe?) was when AP called Waid back after Waid left the message. If there is a recording, that would be the call recorded, I believe. Still, I'm not 100% on the recording info. Zack said Joe was a boomer, so I'd be surprised if he even knew how to record a call. But who knows. I'd love to see what is on his Facebook.

This would be amazing and i hope it's true. I have noticed that at least EVS and Umbrella Guy have hinted that there is something huge to the case that the public hasn't seen yet. I do remember somebody saying that John Malin had the tape very early and Rekeita asking Malin to DM him shortly afterwards.

The 911 call isn’t a Phantom. We have seen actual LE civil records that the call occurred. And even a dispatch description involving Waid. Enough to give the lady the benefit of the doubt. The only thing we lack is the actual voice recording, which was likely not preserved or not archived in a searchable manner by the 911 center.

Yes, I wasn't referring to the call as a phantom; I was referring to the recording of the call, which EVS promised but couldn't deliver.

Fair, and even if there is no tape of the AP call Waid is already going to have a hell of a time trying to reconcile the various public statements he has already put forward as the truth and whatever he wants the court to accept as the truth. Meyer already looks like he won't need a tape to win, but it would be great to see if Waid perjures himself to the court *again*.

They're not liable for anything so why would they? The more likely scenario, that would be hilarious, is if Waid loses and sues AP himself, claiming the damages he caused should be set off by the fact that it was actually AP who breached the contract.

I suppose it would depend on how far the brigading and the pressure that Waid put on them to breach the contract went. Contacting places of employment of the owners is pretty scummy. Its even scummier if other people were involved. And if those other people were comix pros who were working for rival companies? Woo boy.

Rival comix pros forcing a company into a situation where thier best option for survival was to illegally breach a contract with one of thier customers sounds like a huge antitrust lawsuit.

It is not known who specifically called the Doctors office. It could have been Waid. If it was someone else then thats big and could be a big reason why Joe/Ben Dunn is miffed.

Waid is a moron and Zaid sees a pile of money he'd rather have himself, leaving Waid bankrupt and owing a huge judgment.

That's also assuming Zaid isn't just deliberately shafting Waid on behalf of his more important clients in the corporate ladder.

He doesn't need to settle for the money, he has a warchest to take this all to trial, and I get the feeling that for him it's as much principle as it is business. I think Meyer is sick of Waid and his ilk running around and ruining people's lives with their bullying and that this going to trial and a big loss for Waid will help protect all the other folks that aren't as lucky as Ya Boi.
