Gail may be the queen of the fat aunts clucking away at TGIF, but it looks like she's not totally stupid. A few of the smarter pros that have been following the events haven't donated to the Marky Marks either, they know he will lose. Also how boring is that store? Books along the walls, a few board games in the middle, shitty tables and chairs in the back, A4 print paper advertising comics and games. Nothing eye catching, nothing that pops out at you everything as dull as dishwater. Even my shitty small school library looked better decades ago.

So i know they are going hard against the defamation part as it is the weaker section of the lawsuit, but is this also to prevent the 3x malice damages for the TI suit? (if i remember that right). Will the 'come find me immediately if you see RCM at convention, things will go bad if its the wrong person' and 'oops, that was totally not a threat you guys' posts MW did last year show that MW absolutely hates DnC and was acting with malice?

Where is all their product? Maybe its because I'm a guy, but it seems weird seeing such a sparse and open comic book store. Most comic shops in my area look like spider holes stuffed floor to ceiling with comics.

Sounds like they do gatherings there and other stuff. Still, usually you'll see other stuff in comic books stores these days because you can't keep the doors open with just comics, considering what garbage they are these days.
