This franchise is so goofy. Everything, from random viruses to fish and moss just happen to turn people into zombies and giant monsters for no apparent reason.

I've finally gotten around to watching this and I couldn't put it any better as to why I hate the 4make as much as I do. After I finished RE9, getting all achievements and having a really fun time with it, I thought I'd go back and get all achievements for 4make thinking I was too harsh on it because of what was happening in my personal life at the time. But Jesus Christ I gave up after rescuing Luis. It's... just horrible to look at, horrible to listen to and horrible to play. Anyone who had a big sook over Crowbcat's first video and didn't agree with him after watching the sequel are dead brained retards.

The director himself ADMITTED he didnt play much of the games, maybe only RE8 iirc and they are still coping that he did?

The worst part is that Cregger's movie is definitely going to get good reviews because of all the goodwill he has a director. It genuinely doesn't matter whether it's good, bad, or even remotely similar to the games. His "adaptation" will be the blueprint going forward and people like us are going to get called tourists and manchildren for not falling in line.

I sort of prefer she gets grabbed this way, her "run and gun through a facility with a helicopter" was bizarre and never really delved into too much, nor did it make sense, she was looking for her brother, but fucked around with Umbrella Facilities?

Also more HUNK, even if we know he dips out before anything serious happens to him, Ill be curious how they do this one, Veronica is the longest RE game till RE4.

The CVX intro is good but it was RE4 slop before RE4. HUNK is tied to Rockford Island, so I'll allow it.

Hard agree. If they end up doing the RE1 remake, I rather they bring back the director of 9 to do it. I don want them to give it the generic RE2/RE4 remake treatment. I had to force myself to finish RE4. It felt a Hollywood adaptation of the original game with none of the team members understanding what made the original work. Terrible disappointment.
