This part was particularly infuriating; his country is on the verge of collapse and the redditor thinks he's moseying through the grocery store passing over perfectly good food because he doesn't like it.
I went and found the thread, a lot of people think "get any food you can" is worthwhile advice instead of just stating the obvious. And there's a surprising lack of arguing. Only a few people speak up to point out that the advice is useless.
It's because the majority of Redditors are from wealthy Western countries and haven't lived through actually hard times. They're privileged and retarded.
Unironically, this seems like a Russian disinfo campaign. Trying to pressure or fool ukranian intelligence into altering their target selection, trying to hit those "Russian data centers" running the world instead of targets of actual immediate military and strategic value, like fuel depots. armories, factories. etc. Sure, it might be a long shot, but even just a chance of it happening and a few costly ballistic rockets getting waylaid is very well worth. All it would take is a couple dozen to hundred bot accounts starting to repeat it agan and again to get it trending, because redditors have that specific combination of stupidity and gullibility, when they also think themselves smarter than anyone else and impossible to fool.. They would WANT to believe, as its pleasing to them and as such nafoids would be soon haranguing their ukranian contacts to start bombing data centers, as it would surely make the orange man lose, only to be told no and get huffy. Redditors are just the dumbest of useful idiots, absolute gullible niggercattle.
Found a subreddit named r/QueensofGacha wich sells itself as "a community for the girls, gays, and theys who love gacha gaming". The subreddit is not having a bad time; from what I understood, someone seems to have posted an image of the male protagonsit of Ananta being carried by his father. Some people, specially an user named u/TraditionalKnee7810 allegedly "harassed" the mods and now the subreddit has banned discourse about the morality of certain ships (Link/Archive)
Now you may be asking, "what is GTC?" GTC stands for r/GachaTouristCringe from what I've seen, this seems to be a subreddit full of gooners that always complain about yuri being Epstein propagnada or something
Not so long after the drama, r/QueensofGacha became private (Archive), but since them they seem to have changed their minds as the subreddit seems to be open now, not without saying that they need between 5 and 10 new moderators (Archive).

Just fell down a bit of a rabbithole. So I saw this AMA:
My first thought was "Oh, that's nice for her, she's a really lucky woman and she has a good man". Nothing initially 'off' with this. Then I saw this reply from OP:

That's when the true horror comes in. I looked through her history a bit further, to try and find more info on him.
Oh. Oh no.
So, here's what I can reconstruct, based on reasonable inference:
detransdyke's husband was homeschooled and didn't have a normal childhood. He had limited exposure to the outside world, or to women outside of his mother. His mother is a feminist, so she likely drilled into him the idea that women walking all over him is something he should expect. He's then released out into the world, and despite having limited computer use during his upbringing, he's canny enough that this isn't an obstacle to a career in software development.
But when it comes to dating, he's utterly clueless. He installs Tinder. He meets a woman (detransdyke) with veritable mountains of baggage, someone where if the litany of medical issues weren't a turn-off for most people then her attitude and personality would be. He objectively could do much better than this. But his upbringing means he doesn't know what's normal, what's desirable in a partner and what isn't, and so he sticks it out.
Now, at the end of the day, I don't feel too sorry for him. He was still fundamentally an adult who's responsible for his own choices - you don't marry someone absent-mindedly. And if we take her word for it, he does indeed seem to be happy. But I still can't help but feel the poor guy got railroaded every step of the way.
And here's where I'm a bit conflicted: The posts where we learn a bit more about her husband are from posts in anti-porn subreddits. detransdyke is clearly very anti-porn. And the thing is... I agree with her! She's not wrong that the normalization of pornography has had a terrible effect on individuals, relationships, and society.
But Good Lord, her husband's life story is not a good argument for that. "My husband was raised in an anti-porn, feminist environment, and now he gets to be married to me!". Um... no thank you!

I feel bad for the husband. If he had one honest, good hearted, male friend who actually cared about him, that guy could have tried to turn him in the right direction. Even if this poor bastard was in the middle of this terrible relationship, all this guy needed was a real friend to tell him that things can be better, that the cow taking advantage of him was just that. This depends entirely on how much the soyman is willing to reciprocate this advice, but still, I feel it would have given him a far stronger chance.
