It also happened to coincide exactly with reddit banning subreddits, a few first then later by the thousands. I wonder which came first, the redditor or the jannie?

Well, one of the mods for r/sdr replied to the thread, so their attempt at a takeover is probably guaranteed to fail. Reddit still really doesn't like changing ownership of a subreddit as long as any of the mods are so much as logging into reddit, and there isn't some sort of objectionable content on the sub that the mod is failing or refusing to deal with. Especially not for a sub that's active, even if it's low activity.
 
So VICE ran an expose on Herman Cain Awards and of course the subreddit is doing exactly what we'd expect of them, doubling down on it.

I really can't wait for that IPO because shit like this getting the media spotlight will see shares tumble which creates an even better story as people as "Why did they tumble?"

The mods better be extra vigilant now that the trannies have set their sites on their subreddit. It's only a matter of time before CP gets posted there Bardfinn-style.

Back in college I did the radio club. Took place in the college radio studio during a certain time every week, We had all flavors of people, some edgy deathmetal long hair anarchist types, a flamboyantly gay guy, fat black girl, etc. Surprisingly, was a good bunch. There was a tranny club who started coming into the studio during our allotted time trying to do some fucking tranny radio show. We tried our best to fight back but they ended up taking the place over during our time. Club said fuck it and disbanded. Last thing that happened was my friend (club leader) almost got kicked out of the college because shortly after trump was elected the trannies had a freak out during their radio show and broke a ton of FCC rules regarding swearing and making vague around-the-bush threats of violence against Trump. Friend had to explain to the college admins that basically these people took over our allotted time and no, it was not actually the club doing that shit. Admittedly, we probably should have told them we disbanded but whatever hindsight 20/20

Where I'm getting at is that these trannies think they're the valiant warriors of some left movement but when I talked to even extremely left people (like the fat black girl and the flamboyant gay) they often agreed that these tranny types are obsessed with making things about themselves and it's an endless bar jumping contest to see who can be more and more fringe and outlandish (for lack of a better term). They basically stand on a system of "Everyone has to worship all ideas of trannyism" and get pissed when someone says "idk man hormone therapy for underage kids should be looked into more" because you're not blindly backing them. If you aren't 100% with them, you're against them. And if you're against them, they will be extremely hostile towards you. You'd think the "enlightened people" (to quote a tranny tweet) would be smarter and realize that if you want to be recognized as a person, you probably shouldn't push away the average person.

also the tranny club was the most rancid group of people i've smelled in my life

That probably depends on if it's just the one tranny or not. People in the thread and some discussion threads linking to it from similar subreddits were speculating that he wanted the sub to compete with r/SpoiledDragRace. If that's the case, he may not have the support necessary to engage in that sort of spam without getting caught, and the sub is small enough that they can probably take drastic measures to defend it if necessary. On the other hand people also speculated that he wanted the sub to spam r/SpoiledDragRace content to the members of r/sdr. If that's the case, he might have some support to enable that sort of flooding.

It never fucking fails with these people. I had 3 of them crash into this tiny discord I'm in when I mentioned I like baking and sewing and they went on nonstop how I might be an "egg" and secretly a girl just waiting to hatch or whatever the fuck.

None of them knew shit about either baking or sewing. They just saw something they could fucking waddle into as women and shit up the place while trying to abduct me into their faintly sour smelling band of musketeers and didn't leave until I responded to "get in touch with your feminine side" to "get in touch with some feminine bitches"

My grandma always said that if you're self reliant you won't be dependent from someone else.
I took at at heart,so for me there is nothing feminine about learning to cook and sew.

Mending, at minimum hemming and sewing buttons, is a skill all men need to know if they want to keep a good wardrobe on a budget.
