Or they post a "mystery" about a white women being killed while dating a black guy and the black guy disappears. I doubt Robert Stack could solve that mystery. Even better are the dead hooker posts. Who gives a shit? Some guy took out the trash.

It’s kind of annoying because what should be a grim/gritty subreddit by the nature of its content, has become a gym for the mental gymnastics of people who absolutely and stubbornly refuse to accept reality for what it is: sex work will never be safe, living in certain areas is a likely death sentence and sometimes victims are to blame.

That was a formerly semi-interesting subreddit that got ruined over time. Jannies started to allow political off topic ramblings in the middle of discussion about some totally unrelated crime (sometimes decades old, and therefore zilch to do with Trump or whoever the current obsession is).

Some totally unrelated crime that involved a black woman, usually, and that they end up reading and analysing in the wrong possibile way.

There’s also a tendency to post obsessively about a couple of famous cases and the comment section is always a disaster (aka Asha Degree and Andrew Gosden).

I like the frames/lines around the comments in that link, just a simple touch but it improves reddit's shit readability by about 1000%. (give or take 41%)

Are all the gun troons in there paid? like do they get alerts like "$1 post comment in linked thread pretend to be into guns in the next 12 hrs" or just bots?

Fun fact, you know how every subreddit has some sort of automoderator that is used to post daily discussion threads or automated shit? The sort of bot that you have running on every subreddit from some kids peppa pig one to DaughterBreeding?

I just realised that it doesn't actually seperate its history between subreddits, so the history is a constant stream of random onlyfans pages and extreme porno pages. It makes for seriously uncomfortable reading because with every F5 you can see another twenty degenerate subreddits you've never heard of in your entire life.
