I'm keeping my kids home from school because some of the teachers are anti-smoke-detector and I'm worried about fires unknowingly being brought to school and then our home. They are (and have been) wearing their nomex full time too.

You can read comments yourself across Reddit but a lot of it is a mix of old school lefty types who rememebr him for lying about WMDs and a newer types who are ignoring his war criminal level actions because he was black.

Going off his wiki he was an 84 year old being treated for blood cancer at the time of his death so I'm not too shocked even having been vaccinated wouldn't protect him because probably any kind of sickness could have messed him up at that point. Vaccine can't protect you from being old and already having serious health problems, probably might be why he lasted so long without getting it though.

Also there's a few other smoke detectors out there with little chance of making your house's pipes clog up, but they also get used in animal enclosures at the zoo, so if you ask about them people say "EW That's a smoke detector for animals! What do you live in a zoo?" when it's been installed in billions of human homes for years and hasn't caused any plumbing issues.

Some smart meters are setup in a way that allow the utility company to turn off your supply remotely.

The sell is consumer control and savings, the value for them is your data and the ability to cut off your supply without having to go anywhere near your property.

It likely varies country to country, but I've heard the above behind closed doors from the people implementing it.

I use Apollo, it makes browsing Reddit on mobile so much better. All those streams are automatically filtered.

Unfortunately, there were plenty of sociopaths for miles, cheering for the grave dancing and burying any sane comments. I honest to god have a hard time laughing at these comments because they're so... rage inducing? Am I so mad that I'm going to flip a table? No. But I'm definitely disgusted by the behavior of these societal rejects. It blows my mind that there are people who act and think like this, even if they will never show it in real life because real life is too triggering. Why is Reddit actually completely mentally fucked? Why does every Reddtor have extreme mommy and daddy issues that makes them so disrespectful? I genuinely hope they enjoy dying without real friends and family because these nasty wastes truly are so revolting no even semi-normal person would want to associate with them.

Because it seems like a lot of them are full mask off on grave dancing, but others are trying to call HCA "educational." I guess it skates around rules against subs that only cause harm? I don't know why they bother because HCA will never get shut down. They're on the same team as the power trannies, who are on the same team as the gay admins.
