If you are in a line of work where you could be replaced by any nobody near instantly then you've made poor life decisions. I would feel bad for a hobo before I'll feel bad for a hollywood starlet. You're seriously underestimating the glut of good looking young women who are desperate to be famous. Where do you think e-thots came from? That's the whole reason this rotten system persists: there's always another hopeful starlet waiting in the wings, and if you're not willing to do what Harvey wants, well, there's a line of ten girls ready to jump at the chance.
Think of the young actresses over the years who had a breakout role -- or even won an Oscar, like Mira Sorvino or Mairsa Tomei -- who immediately vanished from the movie theatre. In many cases, that happened because they weren't willing to get on their knees, and so their opportunities disappeared. Even an Oscar wasn't enough, and in Mira Sorvino's case, neither was having a father who was significant (if not a major star) in the industry.
Unless you have actual proof about those actresses refusing to suck cock and getting yeeted out of the industry (by everyone, for some reason) then it's just baseless accusations. There is no shortage of reasons, both professional and personal, for actors to stop working. Doubly so women who are less pretty as they get older.
This reminds me probably the most ridiculous case of actresses talking about Weinstein- Angelina Jolie. The woman made for herself a political career and drags her kids into war zones, but apperantly was too afraid of calling out a fat old jew for sexually harrasing her until the accusations came to light. It's just all bullshit.
