Patreon Update (Again):

We just shot a new Half in the Bag for Lee Cronin's The Mummy. Sure the entire city of Milwaukee has been flooded for days but we risked the natural elements to get to the theater to see... Lee Cronin's The Mummy. And boy was it... worth it...

Cue more complaining about "the theater going experience".

when Rich started describing Scarlet Warning by talking about dimensions and balls I thought he was going to drop a Johnny Five-Aces reference
He was referencing the novella Flatland, in case that hasn't been pointed out elsewhere. My calc 4 teacher recommended it as a way to conceptualize higher dimensions and it's a really interesting read.

It stars a square in a 2-dimensional world being visited by a sphere who is only able to explain its existence by taking the square to lower dimensions so that it can see its own interactions with 1- or 0-dimension spaces. It gives the reader an abstract idea of what a 4-dimensional object might be like in relation to our 3-dimensional reality.

Crank 2 is the closest thing we got to another Gremlins 2 (I'm sure RLM will mention Gremlins 2 several times in the video).
It's a spoof of the 1st Crank movie and it's fucking hilarious.
The best scene is of course this:

Remember when they mentioned head explosions while discussing Chopping Mall on BOTW?

I found a rare one that's really damn good in an old Alien ripoff called Creature. Unfortunately, the movie is overall rather dull and I wouldn't recommend it. This is probably the best bit.

Man, I know Josh is kind of a douchbag, but I still don't hate him as much as some other people seem to.
I tended to be like that, but the clips of Mike seeming to have animosity for him, his blatant joke stealing (and probably why they don’t do movies Mystery Science Theatre covered), and actually listening to his bullshit made me sour on him.

It’s like that background hum or noise you don’t notice until you do and then it becomes the most maddening thing.

He only really contributes plot summaries and kills bits the other guys are doing. Once you notice it, it’s annoying as fuck.

On the other hand, they have mocked their viewers for not liking him.

It's good to show contempt for your audience.

Meh, they are clearly friends with Josh, but he's clearly not super close to them. They'd have him on more often if he was. The only time I found him funny is when he'd get pissed off, like during the Juicy Shaq meat incident with a clearly drunk Mike. That was amazing. Other than that he's the most forgettable of the regular co-hosts. I do skip every Re-View that he's on though.

Each of these hack frauds has their strengths. Rich is good at predicting plotlines of bad '80s movies, Mike enjoys detailing what the filmmakers should have done, etc. Josh fancies himself a music guy, so he's best paired with Wheel of the Worst children's videos with shitty songs and the rock & roll horror films often featured on Halloween BotW episodes. The random nature of their selection process sometimes results in a mismatch where Josh is on a panel for a gun safety video or a Filipino action flick, and that's where he's kind of a dud.

And Tim is good at being too tipsy to chime in.
