I would say that if anyone is curious about The Apple, watch the Rifftrax version -- it's cut down a bit and you don't have to suffer through your own thoughts while watching it.
I wish I had first, I got suckered into thinking it was some unknown classic, said that above. Yeesh. I can't even watch the Rifftrax more than once, but that is the way to see it if you have to, no doubt.
Mary Catherine Stewart was pretty cute in The Last Starfighter, but she was a bit older when that was shot.
Yeah, she was very good and cute. Reminds me of an earlier Elizabeth Shue in that kind of 'down home girl' look that lasted a long time. Frankly Stewart looked way better than I've seen Shue aging well. (Amazinlgly Shue's only 4 years older)

I don't recall which BOTW episode it was, but Josh explicitly admitted putting scented stuff in his beard deliberately (and Mike sniffed it, then they all laughed at them for it). He absolutely stinks IRL.

It's the Halloween episode with Hack-O-Lantern and Cathy's Curse (a favorite of mine despite Josh's presence).

Cathy's Curse is hilarious, but for my money I just can't get enough of Hy Pyke.
My nigga. How many different accents did he do in that fucking film? :story:

Though I was legit surprised to learn the girl from Cathy's Curse didn't do any more acting. She really nailed the "cute moppet" look and did a good job with the role. Sad thing is I fear there's only a few reasons cute girls in the seventies only do one role then vanish ... one is the simple "just didn't like acting and wanted to quit," but there's a lot of Weinsteins and Polanskis out there too :( and she struck me as the type who'd kick someone in the balls rather than "do anything for a role."

That episode is one of Mike's hardest laughs I can recall, when he's literally squealing off screen

"But as night approaches, someone dressed like a member of the cult, whose face is hidden behind a devil mask - hashtag, Harvey Weinstein"
Rich was on fire that episode: "Previously only viewable as low quality bootlegs [under his breath] no shit..."

I'd forgotten about the recurring gag of referring to Uhura as [guttural oohing noises] but it's good enough to make revisiting this old Plinkett video worth mentioning.

Also, I don't miss casual rape jokes per se, but I sure do miss the cultural context where you could get away with it. That and "fagshenanigans" are a relic of a better age.

I think this was the real Josh all along, and the "original" is an evil mirror universe duplicate. This Josh is already 10x funnier and 10x more based than fatjosh from the hobo slur enumeration alone.

I'm thankful Jay acknowledged that people refuse to watch videos with Beardfat in it (despite attempting to walk it back by blaming the titles they cover; rather than their audience obviously hating and boycotting Beardfat specifically).

When he said, "This might get lower views than our Possession Re:View", it gave me pause; because I enjoy that movie, and would enjoy seeing Jay talk about it. Then I remembered that I had refused to watch it based on the Beardfat thumbnail.

Rate me :optimistic: when I say I can't wait until Josh "Wizard" Davis is arrested in some child trafficking scheme involving gay couples and an adoption agency; and RLM hastily unlists every video he ever appeared in, and never mentions him on-camera again unless it's Rich offhandedly referring to some creep in a BOTW film as "Josh."

So it is a Josh in the video, but it’s the human one. They must’ve lost the key to the other one’s cage. Good for them.

If anyone's interested in The Meltdown Memoirs (the making of documentary for Street Trash), it's on Rarelust. It's very in depth and exhaustive.

It's amazing how much better a review of a movie is when you don't have some fat faggot do a million apologetics for a movie he allegedly likes. He's also a movie buff without coming off likea pretentious douche.
