I think it's bad planning to have a celebrity do plinketto BOTW because it requires some banter that can get annoying, I admit Jack trying to riff with Mike in between the ball drops made me uneasy with that whole trying to balance on one foot bit. But he did better than expected at the table discussion. I think it also helped that Stone Cold looks like a great hidden 80s/90s action movie and they had success with three movies.

I am watching the new BOTW, and it's so weird that Jack Quaid has better chemistry with Mike, Rich, and Jay compared to the Jack that they already have.
It doesn't help that Old Jack not only has a punchable face, he has a punchable voice too

They obviously have things they're fans of, and they respect craft, but their total disregard for celebrity culture does not seem to be a pose.
You could tell Quaid did unwind quite a bit through the filming, and I think he did well overall, so that's to his credit

Using a rlm botw playlist to listen to as background noise, it's shuffled though, so it's kind of like R*ssian roulette, since I could end up on either the Patton Oswalt episode or the M*x L*ndis one, wish me luck. Speaking of, I completely forgot about that chick that was in the older episodes, wonder what she is up to now.

Edited so it doesen't offend anybody due to current events :o

I don't really mind the Patton episode, but that's more because I find him to be about as uninteresting as Jack or Josh. I don't really think MC is the perfect fourth for Best of the Worst, but he's better than J&J - on the level of Tim. Nice garnish. And Jack++ feels that same way - nice little garnish, improvement over the usual bottom-tier.

Collin remains the absolute best slot for the fourth seat. Leave Jim in Canada to tweet about whatever the fuck stupid shit, get Collin down to laugh at the death of beloved clowns that entertained terminally sick children.

This is the one I use, hasn't been updated for a bit, though

I wish Shatner's SMM wasn't a raging fag, (mis)leading him around like a dime-store Grima Wormtongue, because bill confusing the 'nerd crew' bit for the actual show and immediately hating them for it proves he'd be the perfect disaster of a guest. Unfortunately wisconsin is filled with the wrong white powder necessary to keep him entertained for a full shoot. It would be a HAMigeddon with mike rich and bill, they'd probibly have him officiate their gay wedding on the spot.

Collin is the best. I love the Canadian episodes (Jim usually remains silent), because he’s so fun and brings good energy.

Collin actually made me hate Canada a little less.

Collin, Freddie and Len. I wonder if they tried to get Matt Hannon to do a BOTW or a Re:View of one of his favorite old movies.
Oh yeah, how could I forget Freddie. I checked out Killpoint (which isn’t horrible), because he loved Nighthawk so much. He’s a fantastic artist too.

Len’s genuine love of C movies is adorable. I’m glad he got to work with Leo Fong before he died. He’s also a great sport (*cough* Deaundra *cough*) about them mocking his movies.

Honorable mention to Tim too.

Strange Brew is best re:view, fight me. But also relatively low views so maybe Jay is sitting there counting shekels on how often to bring them down. Or maybe it's because Colin has a real job.

Which I don't remember ever coming up on the show but I only listen for the jokes and suppress all factual information.

They mentioned some of his credits in his first appearance, and asked him to explain some of the working process of video effects when talking about the Incredible Bulk, but outside of that: no. I don't remember them really talking about Jim's work either, maybe in a commentary. Colin made a joke about not knowing what "Vikings" was to Jim one time (Jim won an emmy for his work on that show)
