While it does go into extremes that are comical such as tying a rope on your bed at all times to climb out the window in case you're getting robbed, there is some solid advice. I have the same feeling when MST3K / Rifftrax / RLM pokes fun at safety videos. The point is that people repeating, ad nauseam, these same three or four 'jokes' would shit themselves in the lowest-pressure setting possible to tell a joke in front of an audience, because the material isn't funny.

Maybe the reason that western audiences respond to anti-christian jokes is that the west has a lot of people who were raised christian, didn't like it, and can connect with the jokes. That's the sum total of the digs at it, with half of the jokes being "he looks like papa johns" and "they sure do say jesus a lot in these songs."

Now, I get disliking the runtime (it is a whopping 15 minutes longer than the eminent classic Black Spine, which was itself only 3 videos) and disliking the more relaxed attitude the frauds have slowly adopted, but to suggest it's because they just sat there railing off unfunny antichristian jokes either borders on not having watched the video or on being ludicrously oversensitive. Though, of course, no-one on this website is ever oversensitive or easily-offended; it isn't like there's a recurring problem of the jannies having to sift through endless reports about people getting downvoted or made fun of.
