Eh, I hate to call it a mission for obvious reasons, but you're right, it is the best because anyone who isn't a teetotaler has had that sort of night at least once.

shit i forgot about the house building mission.that was the best mission in the entire game.the only missions i can think of that can rival it is Blood Feuds Ancient and Modern, My Last Boy, Jim Milton Rides Again, and American Venom
I was uneasy during that entire sequence thinking something awful was about to happen to Lenny. Before drinking: "Look, just a couple drinks, it will be fine."
Fifteen Drinks Later: "LENNY! LENNY!"
Thirty Drinks Later: "YOU'LL NEVER TAKE ME ALIIIIIIVEEE!"
It could be also the "pulling current offers ouf of stores" option; we're talking about Kike Zelnick's companyThis is so weird to me because I'm pretty sure more people played the single player than the online for Red Dead Redemption 2, where as at this point I'm pretty sure far more people have skipped the single player (outside the forced intro) and only played GTA Online with GTA V.
Is the logic that people would be more willing to play RDO if they could skip out on the single player?
I went into the online mode first when I got it on PC but I got bored really fast so I played the single player mode. They've done nothing good with it since they released it on PC. I don't care about the Battle Pass (or whatever it's called in RDR) or the PVP (it's not fun when you get killed over and over by someone who has unlocked everything), I wanted a co-op mode like in the previous game. I know, that kind of thing is generic but it was nice in that kind of setting. They didn't even bother making an Undead Nightmare expansion. This is so weird to me because I'm pretty sure more people played the single player than the online for Red Dead Redemption 2
The PC has been abandoned by the devs regarding cheaters, but there are firewall rules you can set up to get solo sessions with friends.I'm not interested in the single player. Would it be worth the $5 just to do stupid cowboy shit with friends? Are servers as hacker infested as GTAO?
I don't think it's virtue signaling more than I think it's just Rockstar being over-zealous with how "realistic" the game is again. Stealing a wagon from two dead guys, even if you didn't kill them, is a dickish thing to do irl. However, even if that is the case, it shouldn't be treated the same in video game. This game punishes you a lot for being an outlaw which is literally the entire point of the plot which just makes it even worse.Only got the game recently and chapter 3 feels like it takes a shit on the good/bad honor dynamic. You mean to tell me that I can't take a wagon from two dead guys who blew themselves up with dynamite without being a bad guy, but I can gun down a bunch of unarmed KKK or the old slave owner guy and I get honor for it? It's jarring tbh, seems like a virtue signal rather than common sense or actual good/bad morals.
Just fucking make all the online content a DLC for the single-player mode. You'd make so much more money, and piss off a lot less people.Apparently the Bounty Hunter "expansion" requires you to buy a second bounty hunting license. LMFAO Red Dead Online is a joke.

Not much would appeal to me either besides the legendary animals, and exclusive horses it has. Maybe they could just rework the roles into more sidequests, or something? I don't know, but I do know that RDO has been a disaster since nearly day one, and should've been scrapped all together a long time ago.I can honestly say that none of the content in Red Dead Online would appeal to me in the single player.
At least with GTA Online I'd enjoy the heists in single player a lot more. But as far as I can tell RDO has been nothing but bullshit businesses for people to harass you as you try to earn a buck.
