They don't really understand the practicalities of a general strike, which involves literally shutting down a country's entire economy.
For one thing, you need a job to not show up to. I think most of these guys will find that an issue.
The people with jobs are the very people who didn't show up to vote for their shitty shill of a candidate, who offered NOTHING to people who work for a living. AT ALL. Except a snoot full of arrogance and accusations of racism and stupidity.
Those are the people you'd need to refuse to work nearly universally for a general strike to work, and a lot of those people voted for Trump. Not the Lizard Queen. And that includes a substantial number of people who voted for Obama both times.

Man, it's a good thing they're too busy arguing over their imaginary Utopian society to actually write a book about it, because those books would probably fucking suck.
The lifeblood of any story is interesting and impactful conflict and the ways characters try solving their problems. Take that away (like the stuff they go on about) and, while an interesting setup may make someone stick around for a bit, it's ultimately boring and forgettable. It's the same problem any story/series/etc. that goes on for too long has problems with, if a shitload of padding is involved and/or there's a status quo that runs for too long. Both strip away the interesting conflict, since everything gets reset or by definition has nothing to do with solving the conflict.
Tumblrites have never been ones for genuinely creative work and many on the site have a very idiotic mindset. They don't care about making a strong story or giving a damn about story as a craft. They care only to shoehorn their ideas, using it as their mouthpiece instead of showing things through the story's events in a natural way. (If you have a message in the story, it must logically follow and feel organic to the audience.) What they create is either bastardized fanworks to inject their politics where it makes no sense, or they create a cliched, trite setting that is full of their politics. They don't care about telling a good story, just propaganda and asspats. It's... frustrating.
I'll admit, I sperg the fuck out when it comes to stories/writing, but it isn't because I think it is equivalent to real life. It is because I get pissed off with lazy creators who don't think through the implications of their works. The person who should care the most about a work and think things through the most is the creator themselves. If they can't be bothered, why should anyone else, who do not have such a personal connection with that work, care?

I interpret "child at heart" to mean "manchild" but to each their own. I guess needing to explicitly point out in the definition that it's 'not to be confused with pedophilia' doesn't help with digging its own hole.
