Kitten is a pretty common pet name for the dd/lg crowd, as is princess. Throwing your random diaper baby kink into a thread about people's pets is still gross. This particular one is probably a petplay-dd/lg hybrid, which seems to happen a lot. Does your pwincess use a litterbox or a pacifier? It's like a diaperfur, without actually identifying as furry.
