Let us kiwis also note how fucking coddled this specimen is.

Their first thought of comparison when it comes to violently oppressive governments is not Nazi Germany, not South American or African dictatorships, none of that....but a crappy fucking movie from 10 years ago.

They truly cannot function in society unless everything is filtered through children/teenage fiction for their tender minds to comprehend (and for them to play at being the sthuper kewl hero). Thats why so many SJW types cant make a single political arguement that doesnt include explicit references to Harry Potter or the Hunger Games.

Article on the frontpage of GamerGhazi right now: A Majority Agreed She Was Raped by a Stanford Football Player. That Wasn’t Enough. (archive)

Excerpts:

Seeking to avoid the trauma of a police investigation, the accuser turned to the university’s in-house disciplinary board, one of many on college campuses that adjudicate sexual assault cases, and it would decide whom to believe.

An "in-house disciplinary board" which handles rape in any way beyond "call the police" should not exist and how the fuck is this a thing? Your story is that extrajudicial play-court exists for things which need to be handled by the state, not that sometimes play-court fucks shit up.

At Stanford, however, that effort has set off a particularly vigorous debate, as a school that is an innovator across fields and has a sterling image to protect faces a community in which many believe it has fallen short of leading on one of the thorniest issues of the day.
In the case with the football player, the woman, who had gotten a second hearing after presenting evidence of errors in the first proceeding, remains angry and has temporarily left the school to avoid the player.

Oh, she "remains angry". At least it's play-court, where "evidence of errors" ends in the accuser becoming angry rather than going to jail.

Then we have the Ghazi tards sometimes rationalizing play-court, of course:

Again, how does that prevent law enforcement from getting involved? Isn't the point of these campus programs to react faster than the legal system is capable of doing, and without the same level of evidence that would be required for convicting someone?

Of course, Ghazi and others ( /r/Anarchism and /r/GirlGamers are easy finds ) also pimped out this shit where a woman who was unable to get a gag order to stick against an ex was using this experience to rationalize not going to the police over domestic assault, so they'd probably be just as happy with lynch mob justice.
Yes, really:

One of the biggest myths that needs to die is that your first response to being abused should be to go to the police and seek justice. Leaving aside the fact that the police flat out murder unarmed citizens for their race all the time, and that sex workers are likely to be incarcerated when reporting crime done to them, and a myriad of other things I can’t get into, I have a certain amount of privilege and a well-documented case. I have one of the most public abuse cases out there, it started a hate movement that’s swept up my industry and hurt dozens of bystanders, and got international media attention. A lot of people don’t think of it in terms of domestic violence, they forget where the flashpoint of GamerGate came from - you might not even know the man responsible’s name. To make matters worse, I was unable to speak up during that time period out of fear of reprisal from the judicial system (more on that later) and watched as he was washed out of history (along with a lot of other people targeted). I was on my own on this front, until the Boston Magazine article was posted by a journalist who had been following everything and speaking with my ex. Shortly after, I got a call from the DA telling me that I shouldn’t have been told to simply go offline, and that she knew we had a very strong case worth prosecuting.

[...]

“Establish legal precedent!” you might think. I did too. Then Elonis v United States offered little hope that a court wouldn’t skirt the issues of how domestic violence manifests online. Then Steph Guthrie and her co-defendant lost their case, the transcripts showing equal parts “she was asking for it” and “how did this get in there i am not good at computers”. Going to court is like rolling the dice, the precedent you established isn’t up to you, and I didn’t want to risk becoming a tool in the next Creep Throat’s arsenal if we lost. I have have worked with enough lawmakers, law enforcement officers, lawyers, and judges at this point through our work with Crash Override to know that education is sorely lagging behind on these issues, not to mention the cultural biases that come with any cases like that.

Yes, really:
That shit they pimped out was written by Zoe Quinn, who is white and was more likely the abuser in her relationship with Eron,

It's also worth mentioning that she is being bankrolled through a combination of patreon donations and her boyfriend's wealthy father and had Wilmer Hale represent her during the trial, a law firm which charges $750/hr. Eron is a nobody who was fighting through a combination of donations and pro bono work. Zoe and a few of her connections in the media even tried to twist his donation drives as something sinister, as though he had any other option to defend himself from the gag order or going to jail (supposedly because they drew attention to Zoe's shenanigans, that meant she was getting harassed or something so he shouldn't do it). During this whole time Zoe was doing interviews and making statements directly referencing and demonizing Eron, often repeating a claim that he physically abused her.

GamerGhazi also continues to scrub any mention of the CON leaks.

Surprisingly, they did allow discussion of the coordinated "doxxing" a few anti-GamerGaters did, though this was after it was clear that the individuals involved had been excommunicated from the movement by Harper.

Hey Kiwi Farms, let's play a game. It's called "Name more TV characters than Ghazi knows about"
I would do it but I barely even watch TV.

- Hermione Granger (Harry Potter)
- Princess Leia (Star Wars)
- Bridget Jones (Bridget Jones' Diary series)
- Nancy Drew
- Matilda
- Jo March (Little Women)
- Judy Hopps (Zootopia)
- Elphaba (Wicked)
- Since we're talking about what little girls are likely going to grow up watching, there's the My Little Pony and Loud House casts, for one. And then, Sandy from Spongebob is a scientist and athlete...
... For people who spend all their time bitching about media they really don't pay any attention to it.

I'm sure they'll find something that disqualifies each of those candidates. What qualifies as a proper representation of femininity is a moving target, dependent more on the creator or supporter of the media than any objective standard.
At the end of the day, though, /r/GamerGhazi was borne from a motley of opportunists, drama queens, and thirsty outcasts out of a common interest to defend Chelsea Van Valkenburg from facing the consequences of her actions. Chelsea, who fucked at least five different men to advance her career (her married boss included), is a personification of many of the stereotypes Tumblr feminists rail against - she relies on her boyfriend for most of her money, is vain, is dishonest, has provided sex for favors on multiple occasions...

I may be missing some context here with regards to the term "bad actors", but given the way that shitty people keep rising to prominence in SocJus, I'd say that they're doing anything but marginalizing them.
If somebody's dirty laundry comes out from the left, there's immediate shaming for anyone who would be even a little concerned by the developments.
