Well, I'm glad to hear that. The more an appeal is about actual factual findings, the less chance of a successful appeal. And I'm pretty sure Josh is guilty as sin.So there is no way this stupid gambit is going to get Smuggar out of jail. The prosecution proved in court that someone had to be physically present to start up the partition, fire up TOR, and download the baby torture porn. The only person who was physically present when the partition was used to download the criminal materials was Josh.
Rate me late, but I didn't want to sweep this under the rug in case people here have loved ones in care homes or may soon put a loved on in a care home, and weren't aware how important it is to discuss and monitor the frequency of changes, as some poor elderly residents have to sit in a diaper full of waste for hours. What happens is that it rubs the feces into areas it should not be, exacerbating the potential for infection and sepsis, on top of infection just caused by sitting in urine. Also, rate me dumb, but how long do you have to sit in urine to go SEPTIC from a UTI?

Normally the family would be passing down with pride that their ancestor KILLED Nazis. I think Quivertards are so poorly educated they don't know they look like Neo Nazis doing this nor do they understand the full extent of Nazi atrocity.Oh, I definitely agree that this isn't confirmation of anything. But I'd still very much like it to be true because it's very, very funny.
Thanks, Blunty. You're a real mensch.
If that wasn't fun enough, one of their brothers is apparently nicknamed after dear old Opa.

They also tried fudging the truth in another story they told about their poor grandma watching her father get arrested and thrown in prison during the war and how hard that was for her. Purposely leaving out the fact that he was arrested by US soldiers for being a total monster.
I know, I know. It is usually such bullshit when people call each other Nazis, but....
I'm sorry, but this is fucking weird AF. It's not just that they have a Nazi grandpa or that they try to obscure the truth about him. It's that they keep bringing him up and trying the same shit over and over and still talk about this dude and have made him a family hero. And keep honoring him.
Now maybe it's just Jewwy paranoia on my part, but that's fucking suspicious AF. It's basically the direct opposite of that time Ben Affleck tried to cancel his episode of Finding Your Roots because it turned out his ancestors owned slaves.
I don't know which doc blunty is referring to, but I've been meaning to bring up the doc A Courtship.
As has been mentioned here before, the wife is to examine her fault in the matter, which is solely due to her "not making herself available" to her husband for sex whenever he wants. What does a wife do in this cult when they suspect or discover infidelity?
small update on this here:Iirc they’ve been cited for illegally burning trash in Boulder already, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they did it again and burned down two towns by accident. Jesus would have protected them if they weren’t so sinful anyways. They run a deli that’s currently closed “due to the Marshall Fire.”

This all I know, so she CAN approach elders and basically rat out her husband? She can do that on her own?As has been mentioned here before, the wife is to examine her fault in the matter, which is solely due to her "not making herself available" to her husband for sex whenever he wants.
If he fucks your kids, same solution, plus you are to show him "improving literature" and study the Bible with him so he might be guided back to godly relations with his wife. Ask the church elders for help. Be MORE sexually available. Don't be fat.
No, she cannot give ultimatums, nor can she complain outright to anyone. She can ask trusted church elders for a meeting; but in Anna's case, she probably needs to approach her father in law for permission to speak to the church.small update on this here:

Underground mine fire investigated as possible source of Boulder County Marshall Fire - KRDO
BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- While officials are still investigating the official cause of the Marshall Fire in Boulder County, the most destructive wildfire in state history, our Denver news partners report the possibility the blaze began from a dormant coal mine. When she had her uwu crying interview she said she had to go get tested for STDs (understandably!) . Can SHE order her husband to go get tested before she puts out? Can SHE put moratorium on sex? Can she do any ultimatums at all?
Sorry if I'm bugging you, I appreciate this! Obviously Josh's cheating was broken by the news when the back was revealed, but let's say it hadn't - that she had suspicions or that she somehow got proof he was cheating, can Josh ban her from telling the church? Can he demand she shut up and keep secrets? Since the men are essentially the gatekeepers of the church, like how far does that go exactly? No, she cannot give ultimatums, nor can she complain outright to anyone. She is not allowed to make any conditions. The church sets the conditions for both spouses, and the woman is never innocent when the husband strays.
Pretty sure the answer is that it's her fault, somehow, and therefore she needs to pray harder and do everything her husband wants if she wants him to stop beating her. Disgusting, but so is everything else in this cult's attitude toward girls/women.Or, similarly, if the situation was physical abuse to any degree, what can a fundie wife do then?
Anna is bound to obey Josh as her headship. In IBLP: The father answers to God's headship, the wife answers to her husband's headship, and the children obey their parents as their headship. Even the church can only interfere so much in this; many of these families "home church" as well as home school, to avoid any kind of interference with the husband's authority.Sorry if I'm bugging you, I appreciate this! I can't compare fundies to Catholics because fundies didn't have this big progressive switch/reckoning that happened in what, the 80s? When the church finally started supporting battered wives to leave with their children instead of stay? I know a 77yo woman who her priest said Leave, he's gonna kill you if you don't, and your kids are watching you get beat and it will be a legacy of abuse. That was around 1981 I think. She had gone to church elders for marriage counseling but he just would not quit drinking and being a narcissist and controlling and abusive and violent. She had 3 kids already. She's still religious, still Catholic to this day, and that priest is dead now but it's the reason she's here. They stayed a part of the church.
The Westboro Baptist church, while not quivy, also had no divorce/remarriage rules. So some dad divorced his second wife (who he had a young son with , I think age 7 or so) to be single, just to join the church with his son Weird, but they're a weird group.
Not the biggest in Duggar lore or watched any of their shows. but do the Duggar's not even go to an actual church ??? The idea of having your own "home church'" seems really easy to allow heresies to seep in, both Paul and Peter in the New Testament really stress that Christians should meet up with other Christians in a church body and not isolate themselves.Anna is bound to obey Josh as her headship. In IBLP: The father answers to God's headship, the wife answers to her husband's headship, and the children obey their parents as their headship. For the Duggars who live on the Big House campus, they ultimately answer to Jim Bob, who is head of their home church.
Unless Anna leaves IBLP, she is stuck.
And all of this, in this cult, amounts to "incestuous child molestation is awesome." And then, astoundingly, this constantly happens.Anna is bound to obey Josh as her headship. In IBLP: The father answers to God's headship, the wife answers to her husband's headship, and the children obey their parents as their headship. Even the church can only interfere so much in this; many of these families "home church" as well as home school, to avoid any kind of interference with the husband's authority.

Lmao, how new are you? Why do you think cultists in a cult would attend an actual church? Not the biggest in Duggar lore or watched any of their shows. but do the Duggar's not even go to an actual church ???
Correct. They have, at times, attended a 'real' church, but basically started doing their home church thing once the fame came. They had some other families join, like the Holts and the family of that guy who made the podcast "I Pray You Put this Journal Away." Once Josh's misdeeds came to light, there was a split and the Holts went off to do their own home church thing. The IBLP is not technically a church itself, but more of an expansion pack for fundie beliefs. That's where you unlock the Quiverfull values, which encourage each man to start his own down-line, oops I mean congregation, oops I mean family. It's why 9/10 IBLP and Quiverfull boys all wanna grow up to be a pastor; this is only sustainable if each one treats their own personal brood as their congregants. Not the biggest in Duggar lore or watched any of their shows. but do the Duggar's not even go to an actual church ??? Agree with this completely, and I guess a real church has Creeds, doctrine , confession of faith, The larger denomination would also have a constitution, and ect... But I guess for Bob and his pdeo josh, all of that is just rules they don't want to adhere to, since their church is more of a sex cult. I ask because I figured Bob running for a statewide office he would join a more mainstream conservative church like the SBC (Southern Baptist convention ), or the conservative wing of the Methodist. A lot of non-religious people don't realize that evangelicals and fundies are not as close as they think, evangelicals are church goers who attend conservative denominations that believe the bible is inerrant , but with mainstream practices ,and styles of dress. While fundies tend to be the cultish snake handlers , extreme KJV-onlyism sex cults and all that jazz. TDLR for Bob if was serious in politics he would realize being part of the IBLP is a hinderance, to the normie evangelicals not a plus, But his a an idiot so....Correct. They may have turned to caution after a small plane crash wiped out the entire leadership of Big Hair Gwen Shamblin's church, rather than John David's crash from ineptitude. Jim Boob needs turn turn another Duggar son into his new golden boy, and Jed isn't attracting the young political audience JB has been dreaming of.John David, the pilot, crashed his plane with his wife and daughter on board. JimBoob apparently sold their big plane, possibly the same week after the crash.
I was in college when Josh was in "rehab" and someone leaked the flight logs when the family would visit. It was super bad weather and he was an inexperienced pilot and apparently never should have flown in that weather and it was entirely unsafe. I think he chose not to make the flight public or whatever u call that, but it raises suspicions of the faa when you keep your flights hidden, yet celebrities do it so idk all the rules there. I wanted to get my aviation pilots license but it was more tuition money I didn't haveidk there's any plane spergs here, so I'm just wondering more about John David's actual piloting skillz and how the crash affects it.
Local cow Katie Joy supposedly broke the story

Abbie Duggar 'Shaken Up' Amid Plane Crash With Grace Onboard
John David's wife Abbie Duggar is shaken up following a plane crash. John David was the pilot with his wife and his daughter Grace onboard.tvshowsace.com
Flight logs obtained by WOACB reveal the plane in question only went up in the air with John David a total of eight times after he purchased it. John David purchased the plane back in July of 2020. The plane reportedly crashed just outside of Waverly, Tennessee.
John David allegedly revealed the plane’s fuel gauge was not functioning properly. This caused him to believe the plane had more fuel in the tank than what was actually there.
The anonymous source told Katie Joy that Abbie Duggar no longer has an interest in getting in a plane her husband John David is flying.
Is this why Jim Bob Duggar recently sold a plane?
Katie Joy suspects this plane crash is what provoked Jim Bob Duggar to sell the family’s large multi-engine plane. Turns out, John David was the only member of the Duggar family licensed to fly the aircraft. After getting in the plane crash, it is possible Jim Bob Duggar no longer trusted his son and saw no point in continuing to own the plane.
So Joshy-poo had no less than two video security cameras set up watching his desk at all times?https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10436175/Josh-Duggars-child-porn-lair-revealed-time.html#aoh=16431484743561&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&_tf=From%20%251%24s&share=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailymail.co.uk%2Fnews%2Farticle-10436175%2FJosh-Duggars-child-porn-lair-revealed-time.html
