Speaking of A&Hers, why is it that any "right wing" organisation that we like gets immediately dismantled by feds and their corporate allies, but fundie chomos like the subjects of this thread can build cults so far to the right that they make Fuentes look like a pinko and have their own parallel society with minimal interference? No wonder they think they have God on their side.

Every single one of this weird ass families that try to bring up children isolated, home schooled, and religious end up with fucked up kids. I’m glad he got convicted. But we all knew this family was going to end up in a bad way from the moment they were put on TV lol.

There was another weird cult family on trading wives or whatever that show was called where one of the kids killed their mother. It’s bad business.

while the bible does not permit either of those, it is very clear on which is worse. meanwhile these fundies focus so much on the activities of consensual adults in a free country (going so far as to actively lobby against it, burning up millions of dollars that christlike believers would use for charity and missions) while sweeping the CSA committed by one of their own under the fucking rug and remaining entirely silent on the issue.

it's such a damning indictment of their bastardized "faith" and it's no wonder that so many people end up resenting religion entirely when these clowns are running around calling themselves Christians and wielding their institutional power for the sole purpose of personal enrichment.

Another Duggar in trouble with the law, this time it's 31 year old eldest daughter Jana Duggar.

She was charged with "Endangering the Welfare of a Minor - 3rd Degree" on September 10th 2021. She has pleaded Not Guilty.

She could face up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.

This was initially brought to light by that WOACB woman who received info from a Duggar family insider.

I haven't ever been around the Duggars (nor would I admit it if I was) but for people that claim to love children they are pretty damn neglectful of the little ones. At events the sister in charge of them usually is busy schmoozing, and other people nearby (often strangers) have to help if a kid wanders off or falls down or whatever little kids get up to. I'm just surprised it was taken seriously enough for authorities to get involved. Can the era of the Sainted Duggars be coming to an end?

Because the brothers violated their parole immediately (by being near the sister), the judge sentenced them to the original 15 years they should've gotten. They're currently in jail. Judge chose to suspend the sentences originally because, "These two young men would've been eaten alive in the state prison system."

ok holy shit, no idea how to process that news about jana, but just wanted to say it's seeming more and more likely that horrible WOACB lady's source is Derrick Dillard. I guess she accidentally slipped and referred to the insider as "he" this week.
