That seems to be a pretty common thing with the Duggar girls. Jana is 31 and looks 50; Jill is still in her 20s and she looks 40-something. Even though she was Jim Bob's favorite daughter (and thus spared a lot of the work), and she only has two kids.

I think it was Wife Swap. If not that then Trading Spouses. It was a family that moved from the city to the sticks to get away from crime, ironic since the son killed the mom years later. I remember the family was so messed up that the mother from the family cried over them, and how repressed and damaged they were.
