This group of people doesn't approve of divorce (though apparently kiddy-diddling is okay).

Seriously though, thank god. This whole trial was an emotional ride and I'm glad he's getting locked up. Jim Bob can join him if he pulls anything shady.

Most of the conservative religions hate divorce for one reason or another, and while the quiverfulls are just breeders who just can't raise their kids; marriage within the FLDS is literally the only thing that matters if you're an woman...And then ignore the fact that your teenage daughter will be married off to some guy in his 40s.
 
Pretty sure Jesus Himself said that the sentence for people like him who harm children is to have a millstone tied around his neck and thrown into the sea.

Let’s have that be his sentence, keeping the whole thing in line with the Bible, specifically the New Testament.
 
Appeal is going to be an uphill battle considering that a NW Arkansas jury turned in the guilty verdict relatively quickly. Throwing technical jargon around to confuse them was their best strategy seeing as they can't even establish reasonable doubt over other employees working at the car lot in the same time frame because of bad record keeping.

He'll be secluded for a while, but will go to the chomo pod at one of Arkansas finest. Josh is a bisexual child molesting deviant, so he'll have relations with other inmates without a doubt. Jim Boob will dole out the commissary money and think his son is praying 24/7 and converted his cell to a monastery. Josh will enjoy prison, but won't hurt anyone else there at least.

Now it's time for Jim Boob to get crushed in the Republican primary next Tuesday for state senate! It'll be icing on the cake.
 
If only I could believe that those kids are safe now. Unfortunately they're still around people who were willing to shelter a paedophile and give him access to their kids - I doubt Josh is the only predator finding refuge in that community. Hopefully this will encourage more victims to come forward and press charges against the creeps.
