I just want to thank each of you for having non weening posts, compared to Reddit. I was bored scrolling before I started to actually y'know, work today, saw a post suggesting that not only does Anna have PTSD but they (the poster) does as well after following coverage of the trial. Closing arguments seem pretty solid. Josh - and only Josh- was at the lot when the the partition was created, when the materials were downloaded, and when they were viewed. All the passwords were his, ones he used for years. Someone had to be physically present to make the partition and view the materials, and only Josh was there. Josh was the first one to bring up child porn when the cops arrived.

I'm sure the defense is going to razzle dazzle the jury, and it's likely Jim Bob paid off at least a few of them given that he tried to pay Bobbye Holt to testify for the defense the way JB wanted.

I don’t want to rag on Bush too much, because she did go through the effort of getting all those certificates, which isn’t the easiest, but having her testify was certainly a mistake, same with the company agreeing to have her do the analysis. I think she was out of her depth and really was far too willing to go fully along with the defense. Professional pride matters to me quite a bit, and going into complete hypotheticals is a thing I don’t appreciate. She did do what she was paid for though. I don’t think it’ll sit well with her in the long run.
