I'd recommend this video, but TLDR: you don't need to run anyone with them, just spam defensive skills, go for the Middle EGO gifts, and take healing EGO gifts.
They don't really need anyone else as you'll be one or two-shotting most enemies on floor 15 unless you take Code Purple, even then Code Purple is a cakewalk as long as you don't equip any EGOs.
Funny you say that, Rien Yi Sang already has this effect. He has to use Furioso once for the mask to fall off, which then gives him an even stronger Furioso next time he uses it. I can see Ryoshu immediately removing his mask, allowing him to use a full powered Furioso the first time.
They really prefer to work with envy ressonance above everything else, since most of their conditionals need a 6+ absolute envy ressonance. Most charge units have envy on a skill and/or defense, so you can go with them. You can use envy egos to complete the chain if you are in a pinch, but it isn't as reliable.

I got approached by two dudes in black leather jackets after leaving the Seoul Galleria (the one with a limbus event [and a blue archive event] going on) and they asked me why I was in Seoul and I said “The event going on” and they said “oh you like blue archive” and I go “no limbus” and there was this pause and the guy who hadn’t said a word yet blurted out “Do you want to go to a maid cafe?”
Also the the trains are great the metro is great the buses are great and all of them cost less than a snickers bar I have no idea what the fuck the warp trains are about

I guess the "Ryoshu's memories enhance attacks" could literally mean the Arayashiki's eating those memories.
I'm half expecting her to have multiple forms (atleast between Shiomi Yoru, from the roadmap, and Araya's normal outfit, pictured in the teaser), with one possibly being negative coin (Araya did have "bitter flow" when she was at negative SP, after all).

Nigga if two men in a foreign country approach and ask (in perfect English) if you play Blue Archive you don't follow them to an unknown location in a shady district of an Asian city you politely, yet firmly deny because the BEST chance scenario is a disco elysium grade clusterfuck and the worst case scenario is getting blackmailed by the korean mafia.

If we can put some crazy mechanic to her, I'll like if every attack she loses a level (because of memory loss) but gains attack power, when she reaches level 1 she becomes uncontrollable but clashes like crazy.
In practice the most we can hope for is unique burn that does multiplicative Wrath damage.

What I'm most worried about is her status infliction since Araya gained Poise and only ever inflicted Potency of Bleed and Burn. Not another Seasonal ID that's mainly Poise, it's already gotten so much...

The ID isn't just "Ryoshu but with time entanglement" it's (Garnet style) ID superimposition. Pinkyshu is Ryoshu, Araya and Shiomi all overlaid on top of one another.
'unable to leave' - Shiomi
'waiting for the day' - Araya
'yearning to slash and scorch the nursefathers' - Ryoshu

If she interacts with the nursefathers, the most logical thing to is make her count as every finger keyword so you pretty much slap her into every team (just make sure she has Envy counter). Make her also a bleed/burn to work with pinky, middle and thumb.
