How the fuck do you get the Librarian of History to kill 3 Fairy Mass in a single turn? It's the last mission I have to finish for the Dawn Office skin, pls halp

Gun outis (1st with 2 turns) + LCB Ryoshu passive + 7th bullet (I used the 6th and 7th on the same turn just to make sure) = profit. I'll put them in my bus team in a bit if you need them I already added those units. Don't know if you have added me as a friend.

After a shameful display in the hard mirror dungeon, decided to reorganize teams and grinded a bit on normal mode. Finally felt comfortable playing with different team builds:
Bleed: Absolutely busted with the best starting gift. Going to be the to go team for hard mode.
Rupture: Got fucked hard by not being able to choose starting gifts but probably gets better once you unlock better store upgrade. Or get lucky with the broken gifts.
Tremor: It's fun to absolutely stunlock mobs and bosses on first turn but not as much damage as other effects. Middle of the road.
Poise: unga bunga with retarded damage once you get the right gifts and without the need to micromanage. But until then it's really slow.
Sinking: Great on mobs and bosses with the latest support. Feels more reliable than Rupture.
Burn: A let down in how slow they are. At least they have good clashing.

sinking is by far the worst debuff atm

It's heavily reliant on Sinking Deluge from SpiceSang and maybe Linton Gregor for damage. I haven't tried tremor teams yet, but I think that it has gotten plenty of support with the different kinds of tremor EGOs and IDs now.
Edit: Walpurgis is ending, I didn't get Sanguine Desire Rodya nor the Molar Office announcer tape and I am flat broke on the lunacy department. It's so over :lossmanjack:

Emergency patch
[ Ringfinger Student Abnormality / Ringfinger Student Otis Performance Scaling Canceled ]

As many players have told us, the precedent of nerfing already released personalities undermines trust in future personalities and egos, and the unpleasantness of using a good performance personality at a lower performance than the current one is a serious situation, so we are canceling the proposed adjustments to the skill values of these personalities.

For the sake of long-term operation, we will not nerf personalities and egos at any performance level until they are released and are not bugs.

1. We will only adjust Ego Gifts to be unaffected except for the Bleed keyword.

2. We will not modify other skills.

The compensation for this will be as follows

- 1300 Free Madness

- Rewarded for the amount of growth commodities (experience tickets, shards, lanyards) spent to train ring finger student or above / ring finger student Otis.

We apologize for any confusion caused by the reversed announcement.

Go get those free mats friends.

From what I've heard, not nerfing Ring Yi Sang is partly a legal issue. Something about Korean and JP law considering overpowered yi sang an asset people spent money for and that level of power being included, and as such nerfing him after the fact when it's not a bugfix is some form of fraud.

>japanese localization team fucked up some wording
>Hong Lu's dimension shredder refunded for everyone

Huh?
If I read the update notes right, the wording for Hong Lu's dimension shredder had been wrong in the japanese localization practically since its release and since the new wording wasnt the same upgrades and stats of what the players had originally spent resources on (regardless of whether the wording was right or wrong) they wanted the japanese players to be able to re-uptie it at their own discression, but since they had no way of issolating the japanese players from the rest of the playerbase they decided to just do a complete refund across the board

In reguards to the new ring IDs
  • Upon the original announcement I didnt think much of them, they weren't a season ID so I didnt consider sharding for them as they wouldn't be going away end of season so was in no rush to get them
  • Their preliminary skills and stats were showcased, thought they were an intresting take on bleed IDs but saw the random status infliction and had negative flashbacks to the inconsistency of Gregors suddenly one day ego and immediatly noped out
  • With yesterdays update, many people loudy praised them as insanely strong bordering on broken, even stronger that BL Mearsult on a BL team or Philclair with the buffs he'd just gotten, my curiosity was peaked but I never bothered to look more than skin deep as to why, I already had a bleed team set up for MD and didnt want to use resources if I didnt feel I absolutly needed to
  • Kim Jihoon and PM release a statment assuring the community that they are aware of how strong the IDs were and weren't going to kneecap them, only doing a few tweeks to how they interact with MD ego gifts and were just going to do a better job of balancing future IDs. What the hell? Even the company were admitting that the new IDs were busted?
  • Fine, okay, I'll shard Yi Sang and uptie to 3 and level 40 to see what he does in MD and... what do you mean those units keep getting deleted, what do you mean floor 5 boss Nelly got 3 turned even with pierce resistance, what do you mean Yi Sang delt nearly 10000 more damage than the next ID?
Ring chads and enjoyers of true art, I kneel, my faith was severly lacking

That, and nerfing shit people spent money on is the type of blunder that outright kills gacha games. That's why you do the smart thing and just powercreep the shit out of the game monthly :^)

Wait, what do you mean the Season 1 charge team from a year ago is still godlike?

I don't get how they didn't notice how ridiculous the ID is. It's not like some very specific setup, you just slap it into a fight and it deals EGO worthy damage 3 times.

It's happened a few times back in Ruina when it was releasing early access and updating every week. Gebura used to be even more overpowered if you can believe it, and Yujin had to change how the entire attribution system worked because you used to be able to just ditch all her negative passives and have someone with 300 health +4 power to everything 3 speed dice. Thing is, back then they were allowed to just fix things like that because you paid a set price for the game rather than paying for the specific characters. Sometimes things just slip through the cracks, and since this was apparently the first non bugged time it happened in Limbus they probably just forgot they can't just nerf things a week later anymore.

>game developer doesn't understand or use mathematics

its a tale as old as time
the earlier untranslated announcements werent even concerned he was broken, their issue was that it would be weird that a "student" was going to end up stronger than the maestro

Limbros, the addition of Ring Sang has unintended side effects of PM creating a boss/mob/buff to hard counter him.

That being said, I will not pull for he. I will hold my lunacy until Canto 6 because Don is my favorite autist.

It's pretty easy fix though, having a passive that bumps up your defence the more debuffs you have.
