Yeah but it's still the city with its insanity, and the W crew exists for that reason. Plus LoveTown is still around (and will probably be featured in that side adventure).... LoveTown Hong Lu will be pretty wild. Or maybe LoveTown Heath who found a way to subvert fate...
IIRC correctly, the W-Corp cleanup crew are just jannies outfitted with WARP technology, they only exist to clean up the viscera of the regular passengers that get put into stasis. LoveTown was a single outlier because of third-party interaction and, without that interaction, the none of the regular passengers would mutate.
Tbh, Ahab and the Pallid Gang are as close as we got to LoveTown as a whole - down to having an entire town dedicated to Ahab. Where in Library, the cable car was dedicated to Elena.
Plus, I think the ending of Library dismantled Tomerry in a sense since everyone that became a book went back to normal

I really hope we see either the 8 o'clock circus, just seems like the time to see it since Don's Canto is coming up.

Edit: I always mess up the in-line spoiler lmao
Edit2: Meant to say Tomerry instead of LoveTown when I mentioned Library

When you guys are saying Love Town do you mean the train car or Tomerry? Tomerry shows up in Leviathan so it didn't get separated after people got unbooked, just got returned as is. Purple Tear is using it for her goals so if we ever run into it than she'll probably be involved.

I doubt it would happen but if they did an ID with it though it would be neat to see them use two sinners for it. have it take up two slots or be some sort of combination unit from two 000 or an 000 and an 00. If its separate units still make them usable individually unless on a team though I guess. Lots of interesting stuff they could do mechanically with it but probably too complex.

I was referring to Tomerry, I should have clarified. I had no clue that Tomerry didn't unfuse. I guess that means that rest of the passengers in the car didn't unfuse too which would mean that the LoveTown abominations are still roaming around The City. If Elena is not present, the is LoveTown still LoveTown?.

Regarding W Corp, those guys are expected to see combat. Apparently it's not uncommon to need to put down what remains of passengers before restoring them to normal. Love Town was an isolated incident because it needed two distortion powers to happen, but horrific scenes on the trains are nothing new. I don't have the cutscene on hand but they describe a couple of alternate scenarios that had happened on those trains at one point. What I do have is Lesti's keypage, which talks about a time things got so out of hand they had to call in R Corp to clean house. That happened because some color fixer snuck onto the train I guess just to troll W Corp. Wouldn't be surprised if that was Iori.
To restore the train, the passengers have to be in their seats. You have to be seated so the scanning program can detect your genomic data and put you back on the right seat~ Oh, and the scanner has trouble reading things that are moving too much, so you should be nice and stay still in your seat! So the WARP cleanup crew (like us!) tidy up the carriages and put the passengers in their seats according to their genomic data. And with the press of a button… Tada! Everything goes back to normal as if nothing happened! I only learned this after I joined the corp… But, isn’t that so cool? That’s what we agents do.

But sometimes, the cleanup crew isn’t enough for the job. What’s so scary about dealing with humans, you ask? I heard this story from my seniors… One time, a Color hid their identity and snuck onto the train. What a shocker that must’ve been… It’s our rule to stop powerful people like Colors or key members of Associations from boarding our WARP trains, or to guide them to take First Class seats if they must board the train, for a safe and smooth restoration process. We want them to sleep without a care instead of joining in the chaos of the other carriages~ That Color Fixer was super tricky to deal with, they told me? Most passengers started training under the Color’s guidance in order to attain some kind of enlightenment. All but a few of our agents were pulverized by those people before they could even see a glimpse of the Color…

But, we aren’t totally powerless against those situations. We would’ve gotten into so many problems otherwise, yeah? In case things get too difficult for our agents to handle, we call R Corp, a Wing we’re partnered with. I saw footage about R Corp. in our training course… They were so cool. That was my first time seeing the mercenaries in action! They’d keep pressing on and wipe their targets, no matter how harsh their resistance was… I was like, whoa, they really are something else. The Fourth Pack… Was it called the Rabbit Team? Yeah, I think it was. I gotta wonder, though; why rabbits of all animals? Isn’t that an herbivore?

tbh I'd rather be on a warp train with Iori than Roland.

Probably was Loland, as he didn't know what happens on the trains, W Corp. staff didn't know shit because he wasn't actually classified as a Color by Hana, even thought he was retard strong, being able to keep up with Angelica. And people who saw him fight after Angelica's death kept thinking he was the Black Silence.

Iirc it's not usually supposed to be that long. They sell the extra time to T Corp, and mentioned something about the energy crisis caused by the disappearance of L Corp causing them to take more extreme measures since the occupants shouldn't remember anything anyways.

A lot of the stranger elements are generally representing something about South Korea, what with the whole corporate dystopia and all, so maybe the director just really doesn't like the train system over there for some reason

ie, "the trains runs on time because the government sanctioned cult has redefined time", or maybe if it's like Japan them taking the train to work makes you feel like you lost years of your life.

Oh wow theres an actual project moon thread.

I started to recently playing library of ruina(played lobotomy corp previously) and gotta say my nigga roland(he seems like a cool dood) getting dismembered in the first 10 minutes solidify my belief that Ruina is gonna be a wild game.

Actually, now that I think about it. Isn't Roland stronger than Angelica?
cause when they are fighting Elena, it's Roland who manages to fight her off and thats without Angelica's op gear.

Roland defeated Angela at the height of her power. So he's definitely more powerful.

Welcome to the Project moon brainrot containment thread :)! I wouldn't recommend reading some of the posts right now since they contain some spoilers for Ruina. Library of Ruina is my favourite game out of the bunch, do keep us updated when you reach one of the receptions of the Urban Plague class. You'll know the reception I am talking about when you see it :)

I'm still upset that they won't take out the "child" line in all of the ID stories. I feel like I'm reading a Patrick Tomlinson tweet.
I just want some sweet backstory, PM.

No, stalker Manager! You will, in fact, keep seeing the use of child in the backstories! Enjoy the outskirts stalker fixer childddd! :tomlinson:
How old is Carmen supposed to be since she's the one that's speaking in these backstories?

Angelica's stronger than Roland is, but not by that much given that he was still mistaken for her all the time. The bad ending where you kill Angela she doesn't fight it, and she'd been wanting to get less and less invincible throughout the game anyways.

Binah also called almost everyone a child but at least she's old. Carmen didn't do that back when she was alive so I guess she got bored in the Light and decided to become a Pat poster.

Leslie said a color lied IIRC, which makes me think it was an actual color. Probably someone we haven't met yet, or if it was the one giga nigga we met in Canto 3 that would be hilarious. I can't imagine sweaty guy in a suit like Roland inspiring a cult.

As funny as it would be that the director made Binah's kit use a giant pillar, like how his wife degraded the pillar he put her on, a degraded lock, because she changed the lock, and a has light gen issues, to reflect upon her soul, this hangook has read too much esoteric shit and classic literature. Whatever critics on the South Korean public system he has, the concept of warp trains is to highlight the fact that the people don't know, and don't want to know, anything that's going on, where even the mundane is nightmare box due to the way the wings work, ect.

They look very niche
Seems to work with Regret Faust that also has a bonus for different status effects on enemies. Could work alright in a mirror dungeon since you have different gifts to automatically give a status effect on an enemy, but the question is if those IDs are busted enough with damage to offset just going with a single effect. Maybe they'll be good for a Pierce team.

They do sound like a pain to fight against.
