Group of baby boomers trespassing during January 6th just like tax-funded professors not openly praising a terrorist group. University faculty is filled with people actually convicted of terrorism. But keep posting all that Reddit Muslim dick sucking cope.

Thoughts on the Protest Industrial Complex

By Christopher Chantrill

Who can forget the wise words of President Eisenhower:

In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the protest-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.
Alas, it is the way of humans to forget the wise words of their ancestors.

But how did this happen? How did our society get captured by a brutal and oppressive protest industrial complex? Ernest Hemingway knew: “How did you go woke? Two ways. Gradually, then suddenly.”
I blame Johannes Gutenberg and his printing press. It was the flooding of Europe with cheap books replacing expensive parchment scrolls that prompted the rise of the educated class and led to the Age of Revolution. But then what? What happened after the educated class came to power in the 19th century?

The answer comes from Gaetano Mosca, member of the Italian school of elitism, and his book The Ruling Class. Ruling classes do not rule by power alone, he wrote, but invent a moral or legal basis for their power. Mosca called this a “political formula.”
Rulers never say: “I’m in it for me; get used to it, peasant.” Oh no. They are always serving the people, or the nation.

Our present rulers justify their power with their advocacy for marginalized communities and their benign support of movements of the oppressed demonstrating for justice.
But when did it start? With Babeuf, after the French Revolution? Saint-Simon, advocating for the needs of the industrial class? Fourier and his Phalanstères? Marx and his communism that would stop the “immiseration” of the workers?

Never mind: by the end of the 19th century all the right people were agreed that the way to raise up the workers was by pulling down the robber barons.

This article barely touches on the "protest industrial complex " beyond a very surface interpretation with a couple references to intellectual authors inorder to appear smart.

Its Republican politicians that have let those January 6th folks rot away. And at the same time taking the side of those very same university administrations.

It’s so depressing to see these young Americans being patriotic for a country who hates them, and hating their own country. Feels bad bros.

Israel or Palestine?

Don't forget that these same statues were being dropped four years ago by the roughly the same crowd.

So it's quite disingenuous for Democrat politicians to act surprised over what they created.
Yep, I agree. It’s such a shame that American patriotism and respect for the Founders is only a right-wing thing, at least in D.C.

More than one third of Stanford University students say using physical violence to stop a speech is acceptable in at least some circumstances, according to a new report.

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression conducted the survey after federal Judge Kyle Duncan’s speech on campus was shouted down last year. The report evaluated students’ perspectives about free speech on campus and protests in the aftermath of the event.

Islamic explanation of why protesting is haram:

Cracks me up every time that the calls for violence and death almost always come from the least physically intimidating people to ever walk the earth.

I can understand the danger of that thinking, since the screaming fat bitch might end up indoctrinating someone who's not consumed by impotent rage, but i just can't bring myself to take someone who's arch nemesis is a light jog seriously.

Wait until Palestinian faggots start fucking with Latino churches and neighborhoods. The Latin kings did more to stop BLM looters in Chicago than the police. If you notice Palestinian supporters overwhelming white cunts, niggers and faggots, people Latinos hate. Mind you, Cubans alone are far more hardcore towards BLM looters than regular Latinos. Latinos were pulling guns on BLM rioters during the summer of love.

Man, I'm glad my brain kind of sucks at caring for events like these. I have college, I have goals to achieve in my life. I'm not wasting a second on it on Current Thing #4994. I can't imagine how exhausting it is, living up to something that won't change anything. Palestine will still get bombed, wars will still happen. Palestinians and Israelites will still despise one another for more hundred years to come.

They're not even fighting a good fight. What does breaking property, disrupting people's daily lives and group chanting "Free, free Palestine!" over and over again gonna do? The child with the limbless body after being bombed out of the blue won't see it. The man who lost his entire family from the bombings ain't gonna cry and praise your lowest common denominator of helping a country out; Why? He's too busy mourning his family.

BLM was insane beyond anyone's expectations but did it ever stop graduation ceremonies? Did it prevent people from literally being able to graduate (probably)? Did it cause countless schools and colleges to be closed (probably lol)? This is no different from the Russian-Ukraine war where it was acceptable to hate Russians and Russia as a whole - where, for SJWs, your worth of a race/ethnicity/minority group is only important as much they want to make it important. They don't care for the affected, they just care for their weaponized morality being taken advantage of. Why'd you think the moment Palestine came in, everyone switched from their Ukrainian flags to Palestine??

Back then, it was actively discouraged to be an antisemite. Now, thanks to the war, hating Jews is now the hip new thing to do as everyone will give you pats on the back for saying you want Columbia University to erase anything related to Jewish teachings and history from the university unironically.

It's a repeated cycle. No one listens, no one changes. They just want to feel right, to feel they're fighting for something. But it's useless. It's all for nothing. They're getting more coverage than the war now.

Can't wait for this to blow over. These blokes will forget Gaza even existed once the social justice fad goes away or when some other country's suffering gets mainstream and now you must constantly adhere to it lest you wanna be "complicit in genocide".

I'm tired, y'all. I'm so tired. Being a leftist and a social justice warrior's tiring and I can't imagine how much of a mental toll it takes on someone to constantly be on the nose of things to care about so you won't be seen as the next Hitler-in-line. Every time I look at stuff like this, I be praying with glee my mind cares about itself and family over a foreign dispute that I have no power over.

This week the university police folded up the tent city the pallies set up on the main quad at uchicago. they moved in at about 430am and there was 0 militancy, they all left and there were no arrests. They were big brained about it, dispersed them before dawn and peaceably, no one got arrested, no one got attention. People who hated the camp are pretty impressed with it not ending in chaos.

Throwing up a few photos I took.

Puerto Ricans are the worst.

Some of them want enough experience to say they were a protestor for various national/international causes so they can get on the lecture circuit or officership to some gay Non profit. when BLM broke out my job had a few grifters demanding it pay for their DEI course.

Free Palestine is a movement of niggers, faggots and white women. Without white women. They won’t have desperate predatory white male feminists.
Maybe, it's far from impossible for a reasonable person of any sort to prefer the pallies to the izzies. Lots of people here seem to

i just think it's funny they want plan b and hiv tests instead of condoms
