Sure, they should absolutely make sure the agreement says the money reverts back to the donors if the fight doesn't happen for any reason.

They're currently arguing over the escrow agent. They don't trust Rekieta. Rekieta will do it just for fun, but if they want another escrow attorney they have to find it themselves. The escrow is not negotiable though, no one says otherwise.

Yeah, the only reason I think Ralph would suggest Rekieta would be to tank it because PPP and Godwinson obviously don't like or trust him.

Why couldn't something like Escrow.com be used?

Yes, there would be a process, but I meant it would get kicked off on PPP's end with a simple phone call. The bar investigators would take it from there. From PPP's perspective it would be a much simpler process than suing Nick since the bar association would be the ones pursuing the matter.
 
PPP getting super flaky over the escrow and I have no idea why. Everyone has always been pro-escrow from the start. I told them to pick their own escrow and now he's being belligerent.

presumbly because they can't get the $5000 right now. that was just an empty threat. You really think if Godwinson had that sort of money lying around he wouldn't have used it as a prop in a video by now?

Also like i said, Nick would 100% write the contract so Ethan could just not even show up to Knoxville and still get the money, and its not like you would give a fuck or promise revenge on Nick for it.

He can literally get a phone book out and find a local lawyer who does shit like trusts or wills who would handle this. Any strip mall attorney can do it.

Holy fucking shit! Gunt doing sjw-tier shit trying to cancel PPP, acting like an over weight Great Value tonkatrucks, being a spoiled brat and demanding all this extra shit... If he didn't ruin his "career" before, Ralph's credibility (or at least what little he had left) will be toast.
 
Is Ralph now demanding Nick handle the money or is it a suggestion? If its a demand its pretty hilarious that he has alot less leeway now that ppp agreed to fight wherever and let him milk the fight for more sheckels
