Pozzers/Breeders - AIDS ON PURPOSE

A few years ago here in Brazil,to spread AIDS was considered attempted murder,got downgraded to assault in 1st degree
 
This is basically attempted murder. Every last one should be imprisoned for public safety.

I'll have to read the whole thread but if it was not already mentioned... what, exactly, is the motive for this? Do people get off to disease now?

Yeah it's a fetish, of course anything is probably fetihized and since this is already sort of sexual but not really sexy.. it's especially game.

I think a lot of it had to do with the very most recklessly promiscuous males of the gay community being almost 100% hiv+ so catching HIV was like a ticket to party town and probably something a lot of really active gay guys felt to be an inevitability and of course it's not usually a death sentence anymore so I'm sure it felt like a weight off their shoulders as well.

I also notice an attitude from people with diseases that "nobody cares" which is a lie they tell themselves to avoid having a difficult conversation with you but they have forever to come to this comfortable conclusion... then there are the genuine psychopaths and bitter people who want to spread their pain.

I think he is careful now so he doesn't spread it, but for him it was a weird cathartic thing that helped him with his survivors guilt, and that they do it partially as a rebellion against the rules that were set up in the late 80's to avoid aids spreading (closing bath houses, etc). It's been a disease some of the more promiscuous gay subset has embraced as their own, almost like a war vet who proudly wears his purple heart.

The ones who purposely spread it to unconsenting victims are fucking murderers and should be jailed, though imo.

Damn, I'm a fan of Erasure and I didn't know this.

On the other hand, why the fuck would someone try to catch and spread HIV/AIDS? That's just sick.

I think it's a kind of self-perpetuating myth that started as fantasy but has become a real thing because people are fucking idiots.
 
And if you didn't think pozzing was bad enough, say hello to stealthing.

This is where you pretend you're using a condom when actually you're not or have deliberately fixed it so it'll break mid-fuck. The idea is that the bottom doesn't know he's taking your load until it's too late. There's a lot of stories in the "FICTION" section of the forum about stealth pozzing and being stealth pozzed, not all of which I don't think are fictional.

There's some fucker in my town that tries picking up men on craigslist and he's got this big elaborate ad and then at the bottom he spaces a bunch of blank space and then alllll the way down it says "poz". Sounds like he's one of those.

There was another guy in town last year who made it into the newspaper after being arrested for being like 60, HIV+, and in a supposedly consensual relationship with a 15 year old boy whom he may or may not have infected. Nobody knows because he was a minor. The poz guy had his full name, address, and info listed right there in the paper though and he lives like 5 miles from me.

Jesus this reads like something from a fantasy/horror setting where they worship plague. 40k or somesuch shit. So do these evil fucks still take medication to control the decease? if so I think I've got the ideal solution in mind.

Sorry if this has been gone over but isn't sleeping with someone when you have aids and not telling them prosecutable (I don't think that's a word but you know what I mean)

I seem to remember a man being tried for manslaughter or something but then again I'm not sure if that was real or I'm just remembering a law and order SVU episode lol

In some places, there are HIV-specific laws against it. In other places, it might go under some kind of mayhem statute, or attempted murder, though that would have been more likely when it was a guaranteed death sentence. Almost anywhere, the victim could sue you for negligence at the very least.

What laws would be broken would really depend on the context and the motivation for doing it.
