No it does not have to be an emergency or atleast i do not think so. Im pretty sure you can find a doctor to perform the procedure at 9 months.

A minority of states do not have laws against it. It is very possible to get the procedure done

Im not going to google it so at this point if you are right i dont care. I know the procedure is completely legal in some places and you can find a willing "doctor"

Back on the original topic. Do you think this pozzing fetish is just role-playing? I find it much less so than the abortion one...alot of those people probably have no issues anonymously infecting people.

There's been a few very isolated cases from my (admittedly limited) research, but this is almost exclusively a gay phenomenon.

Pretty much this, and I'd say the reason why this is near-exclusively a gay phenomenon was because of how hard the gay community was hit by AIDS in the 1980's and early 1990's, and that had more or less a psychological knockdown effect both on those who survived the crisis and those after it.

The initial pozzers were motivated by survivor's guilt but then it quickly became more of a fetish once more affordable HIV treatments became available.

I'd say the rare cases of hetero pozzers would probably be from the inner-city black community or more likely, hardcore IV drug addicts.
