Agreed.

Between the fact that these people exist and the fact that the gay community is one of the worst places for any sort of relationship based on honesty, there's a reason to not go outside unless it's for your job.
 
I can't help but wonder if a lot of this isn't just fantasizing/shitposting.

Now, don't get me wrong, I can believe there really are people who do this. I think, in their own minds, it's a response to the fear of the condition. Some people, when they fear something, will try and appease it. Like the kid at school who tries to make friends with the bully by bullying other kids.
It's not rational, but it's the same psychological mechanism.

Another explanation might be the labelling of AIDS as 'the gay disease', making them feel like catching/spreading it is a part of their gay identity.
Maybe even a combination of both.

But how many of the people posting these things are actually doing it?
How many of the people on the old Christian Spanking blogs had actually disciplined a teenage girl using a paddle engraved with bible verses?
How many people posting on incest forums have actually had those erotic encounters with their own sisters they all write about?
I suspect a lot of these Pozzer quotes are just people writing 'erotic' fiction about what (to them) sounds like an excitingly dangerous sex act that they'll never actually go through with.

If even 5% are, enough to be concerned. It's still fucked up anyone even has fantasies like this, but I'm sure some of these fuckers are doing this. Pretty sure that "biker" guy was just power fantasizing, though. Probably some of the others, too.
 
I remember when I first heard about pozzers and stuff. I googled it and found a forum with people telling their poz stories. One guy told the forum about how he pozzed a (consenting) younger guy by sticking him with a needle inside of his asshole. The needle's syringe, but of course, had the poster's AIDS blood in it. All after rawdogging, of course. I don't want to look for it again. This topic makes my skin crawl.

You can actually catch cancer. It's a very rare thing where someone receives an organ from a donor that has undetected cancer and the recipient gets sick. This is extremely, extremely rare.

I had one of these gifter faggots in my ER once many years ago. Fucker was overdosed on crack and chimping out. We had to restrain him because he was flicking blood on people and screaming "join me in rapture!" Total nutjob. He got treated and left with the cops. I took a long shower after work that day because the fucker got blood on me. Luckily no open wounds. Had to get tested for HIV anyway but came up negative. I hope his stupid ass went to "rapture" alone because assholes like that deserve to die alone.

It surprises me more that people still don't understand that Godfrey Elfwick is a Poe troll (run by @lisagravesart and @ToneKayHitch) who managed to get the act on BBC Radio ("Star Wars is Racist and Homophobic") among a couple other places.

Back on the topic, I'm amazed this got to 13 pages without anybody mentioning the horrorcow studio of gay porn, Treasure Island Media. This is a studio that loves to film bareback pos/neg stuff as well as plenty of needles (of the drug kind) in the mix. They're bad enough that they get thrown out when they show up at the Folsom Street Fair, San Francisco's annual quintessential hive of filth and faggotry. SFPD will straight up evict them because they're a deliberate biohazard. I'll merrily let other people discover how deep that rabbit hole goes, because they straight up make me queasy.
