While the posts themselves may be gone, is it possible to pull the media uploaded during the lost period and create a dump? A lot of the Taliban offensive video stuff in that time period was of interest. The posts themselves largely devolved into finger pointing but the media is worthwhile to keep. A simple bash script in the media folder hunting for creation dates during the lost period would be a way to get this stuff and just host a static page of urls leading to them for the autism lords to peck through would be sufficient.
