I don't remember what was the reason given but didn't Postal 3 Dude appear in Paradise Lost outside the coma the Canon Postal Dude had? LIke weren't they talking to each other and shooting enemies together or am i overthinking stuff?
to be fair, RWS have stated that Postal Dude will have his original trench coat as a customization option; so that's niceI’m actually surprised how they were able to get away with completely redesigning the Dude’s clothes and putting him in a fucking bathrobe. That should be a ludicrous design choice, but it’s so cool and iconic.
I'm not sure what it takes to get a toy manufacturer to do a run of figures for you, but I would implore RWS to aim a bit higher. In Japan, even doujin works get pretty good figures from time to time, so I'm thinking a limited run of more expensive Postal figures would probably be best. Funko Pops are for extracting money out of tasteless normies who like a popular franchise.I’m pretty sure Mike J has hinted at them looking into getting Funko pops made. Those things are horrible, but would you buy one to support them?
Yeah on second thought the dude doesn’t deserve to be ruined by the funko pop art style.I'm not sure what it takes to get a toy manufacturer to do a run of figures for you, but I would implore RWS to aim a bit higher. My assumption is that Postal is not popular enough to sell large quantities of merchandise. I do not have any evidence on which to base this, other than Postal 2's reputation as a cult classic. If you have a small, devoted fanbase, then you can get away with making your merchandise expensive as long as it's of good quality. Funko Pops are not of good quality.Yeah, but here comes the issue. With the Funko Pops, sure they are made for normies but RWS could sell more of them and thus earn more cash. With a limited figure run, you have to take into factor shit like sending into different parts of the world, will people actually buy it or not (collectors will prob def jump on this right away), how good does it look and etc, what if it gets damaged during shipping and people will wanna return it. Like it will boil down to, will all these factors be worth the end pay out and how big will said payout be.
I mean, they’re decent.Funko Pops are not of good quality.
I mean, they’re decent.
2, obviously.I've never played a Postal game, and the most I know about it comes from watching some of Civvie's videos over the past couple of days. Should I start with Postal 2 or 4?

They're so bland that they're entirely reliant on the character having a very distinct look that can't be eradicated by the Funko Pop style, but they manufacture so many characters that this kind of video is possible:I mean, they’re decent.
Oh no, the art style is horrendous. I meant the quality of the material is decent. They're so bland that they're entirely reliant on the character having a very distinct look that can't be eradicated by the Funko Pop style, but they manufacture so many characters that this kind of video is possible:
