I am taking this opportunity to necro the thread and slightly powerlevel by saying that I have recently gone back to play more Postal 4 with the intent to finish it this time.
Even two days in, the game still isn't quite hitting me with the same sense of fun I got out of Postal 2. I feel the presentation is trying too hard to lean into the toilet humor (quite literally) and it doesn't land very well. In fairness, despite it also being a product of its time, I think Apocalypse Weekend also suffers from the same problem. I don't care much for the radio, although having a Chatterbox style station was surprisingly nice until it already started looping on itself in less than an hour's worth of playtime. Game is also still a buggy mess after several optimizations, such as mission location markers occasionally breaking and the phone sometimes becoming unusable on mouse until either loading into a different area or saving and reloading the game.
However, I did appreciate the fact that I was able to write "Gayniggers" and "Faggots" on the billboards during the Tuesday mission without immediate, direct repercussion (I would have half-figured they'd institute some kind of check for something like that and maybe insta-gib you or something for daring to write "forbidden" words), so... There's that.
