I used to be a believer in the economic incentive theory for insane surgeries but the number of women who get fake tits and basically quit has convinced me it's more like body dysmorphia.

IDK maybe the career burnout hits at the same time they have to pivot to milf videos and it all comes apart.

Prostitution is called the oldest profession for a reason, and as soon as artists existed they were drawing smut. Bathsheba taking a bath wasn't just a popular subject for paintings because art patrons were especially moved by the story.
Capitalism happened much later (unless you mean "using money and some people being richer than others"=capitalism)

according to kiwifarms porn means live action images taken using a camera, so all your examples don't count and none of the anti-porn people are against that stuff. to them porn was invented sometime this century

Plenty of anti-porn people are against porn because it's bad for mental health or objectifying or against their christian values or whatever. Porn being exploitative is just one possible reason for people to be against it.

I can imagine they do some porn to fix their debt, then do some more porn to get fake tits and tattoos, and then they no longer want quick cash. Could also be that the fake tits won't give them the payraise they were hoping for. Or maybe they get enough money for fake tits around the time the studios demand such extreme porn they quit. Or money starts drying up since they already did everything a first time.
That said, wouldn't surprise me a bunch of porn stars have body dismorphia and want to be seen as sexually desirable. Through showing off their body in extreme sex and through big fake tits.

This is the only thing I could find on "Alison Brie" [sic], which is a misremembered name and not the actress from Community and the film "Together." I didn't see any pics. Autism confirmed.
